Today, I returned to the store, hoping to run into Ale which I did. I told her that I wanted to say something to her, and I expressed how I felt about my last visit to the store and that I did a review in YELP. Ale took the time to speak to me and we talked about the situation that occurred during my last visit. I appreciate that Ale has always been very honest with me during my shopping experiences at her store. I appreciate that she listened to me and understood how I felt. She didn't make any excuses, but she discussed her remedy to correct the concern that I had. On a side note: Ale, you're the best. You're great at customer service and I am sure that all of your customers feel the same way about you and your staff. Greetings I was just at this location, the staff is very commendable. Excellent service they knew how to handle my questions and were able to help with what I was looking for. Each person provided me with detailed information on how I could get my shopping experience and the process of purchasing my items at the percentage of sales. Mind you I was shopping for three bundles of joy. Ale the representative said come on back tomorrow we will still have the same price and more. You can't beat that. I'm excited to repeat my experience today for tomorrow. It's rare to find someone or some ones who genuinely greet you at the door, help you find what you're looking for and more, make you feel comfortable, and you end up buying more than you think you should. I like the new location, much easier to get in and out of the store. I like the quality of the clothes and the prices. Be sure to bring your own bag when you come here to shop. RIDICULOUS policy! I am totally single use plastic conscious, but to go to a store and spend $400 on children's clothes and then have to buy a bag to carry it all to my car, is ridiculous! Stupid policy Carter's! If I order at home, the shipping is free, the box you ship it all in is free, the driver that drives it to my house is free, the gas that goes in the vehicle is also free to me. I have been here a couple times for different baby shower gifts. What I have noticed is they always have some kind of crazy sale. Whether if you are online or in store, there is always a discount. They also have a rewards program where you get 1 point for each dollar spent. When you reach $75 points, you can redeem a $10 dollar gift card. The staff is helpful and friendly. The layout for clothing does not seem messy and fairly organized. My only complaint is the workers have a hard time clearing the line in store. It is difficult for someone who wants to get in and out due to the delay at checkout. Other than this, this store has decent prices for children clothing. read more

Adorable store with adorable clothes for boys and girls. Store was clean and tidy and they always have good sales going on. Carters is usually connected to OSH KOSH so if you go in one side you can get to the other store for clothes for slightly older kids. Unique and cute clothing for your children and clothing that makes great gifts. I LOVE the fact they have pink frilly things that my girls like to wear. read more

I almost always have a good experience here( sometimes they run out of the things I want), I honestly don't know why there are any negative reviews. The staff here are super kind and helpful. To the point where they volunteered to help me scour the clearance rack so that I could get my moneys worth. I've never worked in retail but I always see the staff moving around, folding clothes, arranging the tables, or helping other customers that has to count for something. read more

This is a good size store for babies to kids(8) clothes. This store is located in LBTC so there is plenty of parking although it may get hectic on weekends. The store carries the girls clothes on the left of store and boys on the right. As always girls clothes are more fun and the boys clothes are really basic but they do have cute shoes. They also sell baby items such as bath toys, plush, wooden toy's,blankets, crib shoes, bibs and slippers. What's awesome about this store is they're almost always having a sale and you can save even more if you sign up for their emails. The ladies here are nice and so are the customers. We mommas always end up chatting up with other mommas asking for and giving tips, opinions and suggestions. LOL #momlife I loooove baby clothes! As well as dressing up my newly turned 2 yr old. Since Carters is a well known brand for babies, this is where I can shop and feel the comfort that my baby is still a baby and not quickly growing in front of my eyes. With cute onsies for up to 2 years old (24months old) and footie pajamas available here from newborn to 8 years old that will keep my baby always looking like a baby (in my eyes) at any age. LOL #thestruggle Don't judge me. So if you're looking for cute baby/kids clothes or a baby shower gift this is the place! Will definitely continue to be a regular here. read more

I really like this Carter's, but a word to the wise, don't come without a coupon. If you sign up online, you will get emails with 20% off for each month. If you go in and shop the deals and use the coupon, you can leave with twice as much clothes than if you buy from the new arrivals rack. I try to come here without kids so I can have my head on straight, the signs are confusing. For instance, one rack will say 60% off, and then you look at the tag and the jacket is $50....the rack next to it may not have a sale sign, but it will have jackets for $10. read more

I've been going baby shower crazy the past few weeks. My sister and sister-in-law are due about a month apart, so I have two showers in the next two weeks. Although I'm not usually one to really care about babies, I am getting excited to welcome my new little nieces into the world. I started shopping for them while doing my Christmas shopping and haven't really been able to stop. I bought these cute onesies online that say "photo with baby 25 cents". I thought a good accessory for the onesie would be a piggy bank to keep all of their earnings. And so the search began. I looked online to get an idea of what I wanted and where to buy it. I saw that Babies-R-Us had a silver piggy bank made by Carter's that looked perfect (in my price range too), so I made that my first stop. But of course the only banks at Babies-R-Us were ugly musical piggy banks with pink flowers painted all over them. Gross. I headed across the street to Westminster mall and checked JC Penney, Macy's, Things Remembered. No luck. Then I remembered that there is a Carter's store in Long Beach Towne Center. Now, it gets one less star just for that. I really don't like going over there. It's like mass suicide trying to get in, park, and get out. But I decided I would give it a shot anyway. I walked in and like a Christmas miracle, there were the silver piggy banks lined up around the registers. Yey! I picked one up and waited for the three girls working there to have a lull in their conversation so I could interrupt to ask how much they were. I picked up two and wandered around the store a little. They had a sale going on, which I guess is good. Their clothes are pretty cute, but normally a little pricey. You can find just about everything in their store at Macy's, JC Penney, and Kohl's (except piggy banks, I guess). And you can also find some of their items way cheaper across the street at Ross. They also sell a few accessories like diaper bags as well. Unfortunately, I did not find any clothes made in the USA and it seems that a good deal of their clothes are made in China, so I doubt if I will ever come back here again unless I need another piggy bank. read more

Ordered online and my order for shipped to this store. First off, this store location is near the Starbucks. It was hard to find at first and I had to call the store to find out the exact location. The store was overall in a good condition. Clean, organized, and visually appealing. I'm giving two stars off for the customer service. One girl was just standing around and didn't acknowledge me while I was standing at the register waiting to be helped. The other associate was helping someone else and once she was done I still was waiting for someone to help me. Eventually I was helped and slowly received my order. I would recommend going to the Bella Terra location in Huntington Beach if you would like good service. There was only one worker there & I was helped right away. The worker even answered a bunch of questions I had about baby shoes. Overall, don't come here for the service. If you are an independent shopper this will be a great store for you. read more

The worst experience at this store, me and my family went in to browse for my grandbaby birthday gifts, yesterday around 7 pm. My daughter has been shopping at this store for a long time now, I want to start off that all 3 employees there never greeted us at all and as me and my family were browsing through the clothes, I notice all 3 of them staring at us in a hostile way as if we were about to steal or something. We felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave the store. I think all customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. Employees like them make customers feel like never returning to this store. My daughter who has been a customer for a while now felt very uncomfortable as well and it just makes customers not want to return again. This was just humiliating, when we decided to leave the store I noticed they still kept staring at us and they were calling someone on the phone. I didn't say anything because I felt so upset, we will never return here again. I hope someone talks to these rude employees and show them to be professional and polite. read more

Really bad customer service in this store!!! Waited almost 20 minutes in line and nobody even took notice. There were two lines and because the woman in front of me was taking a long time returning her stuff, i had to wait forever. There was one person on the other line and after she was helped, the cashier called the person BEHIND me. So I kept waiting in the same line hoping the woman returning merchandise would finish or the cashier on the other line would call me next. But no! There was even another employee who was not doing anything an did not even say anything to me although I was clearly getting impatient waiting in the same line. I used to work in retail and either we had one line or we took customers from both lines if one line was clearly taking too long. I walked in here to do an exchange and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. There were so many people in the store (on a Monday) and not one sales associate or manager was on the floor helping. The manager was behind the register chatting about work gossip with another associate and another person was ringing. Not once did I receive a Hello or hi, I see you have a Carter's bag, how can we help you with an exchange. Then... I get her overalls home and we wore them this Saturday and they're already falling apart! I'll remain a Babiesrus customer when it comes to purchasing Carter clothing. I shopped here earlier in the week for a bany shower I was going to. I don't have kids but I have friends that do so I wasn't sure what to get and what they would need. Jazmin helped me out. She was really friendly and personable she helped me find some really cute outfits. The other girl working I didn't catch her name but she was super friendly and helped me while Jazmin was busy. I previously wrote a bad review for this store before they moved to the new location. My review was about bad customer service, but I see that the person who didn't treat me well doesn't work there anymore. I love the new location because it's a lot bigger and the workers are really helpful. They actually ask if you are doing ok and need any help, they offer to get you a shopping bag, and are positive people. I often buy clothes for my toddler here. The deals are really great! I got $10 off today, they send many coupons, and have many sales. I'm able to find unique and cute clothing that lasts for my toddler. read more

Recently went to this carters because I was in the area. I normally shop at the Torrance carters (on Hawthorne) or the Pasadena carters. I was greeted and informed of the sales when I walked in and asked repeatedly if I needed help or had any questions. All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful to all the customers that were in the store at the same time I was. Just wanted to note it was a pleasure shopping here. I've found employees sometimes ignore me completely in the other two Carters stores I go to and can also be a bit snobby ( odd for a fairly inexpensive kids store) so this was a refreshing change and I really appreciated it. read more

Called this store to find out if they had any Thanksgiving outfits left for my newborn grand baby twins. I understand it was a day before Thanksgiving but I figured I would save what time I had left by calling before going to the store. The girl who answered the phone said, "I'm not sure but if we did it would be on clearance", with a little smart chuckle. I was instantly annoyed and said, "Thanks for checking" and hung the phone.
