I've been coming to this location for years (for their candles) and this is the first time I've seen her As soon as I walked in, Kelli asked if I needed a basket, she hit me with suggestions, she asked all the questions and she even came up with a bunch of testers and told me her personal favorites and where they are located!! All the girls at the front desk are extremely nice as well. I had a large return for candles that I ordered online and wanted to switch them out for different scents Everyone here is nice, but Kelli was the star of the show. As I was leaving she was even helping a man who had tons of questions about hand soap. She told him he could try out their testers over at the sink and showed him where that was and told him all the good scents She was extremely professional yet she had a bubbly personality and a gorgeous smile. To me this particular location of Bath & body Works is the least crowded. They may have sales and some items might be sold out. I don't feel stressed at this location because it is not too crowded. Parking is great here because of the large parking lot because of other businesses surrounding this area If there are price discount incentives, they will give it to you as long as you sign up for their Rewards program. read more

One of my favorite locations because of location and customer service. I came in for the semi annual sale . I was greeted immediately and given a basket. She asked what I was looking for and told me about the sales and where to look. I found what I needed and admired the displays. Nice place. This location has been closed for a little while as they were expanding and remodeling. It recently re-opened. My daughter and I had a "free item" coupon that was about to expire so we went to spend it as well as check out the new store.... It is NICE! So much bigger and more roomy. Everyone that's posting that the store is not open. It's not their fault. They're having a lot of issues unfortunately after the rain that building did not do well so that's why it's closed!!! so don't hate on them for that reason. I can put this place on my list of favorite things. There is something for everyone here. The last few years, there has been an increase in men's products. What used to be a couple of shelves has grown to a section of the store. I LOVE the fragrances and colognes they make: coffee & whiskey, smoked old fashion and graphite are my top three scents. Too many people on the floor not enough people at register. I believe this woman Joanna or Jonna (something like that) is the manger. Just now, Saw a line saw and that the customer before was taking a while with coupons and such and instead of addressing the line or taking on a cash register as a manager should she simply walk by making no eye contact no communication. Very different from having a ton of people standing in the front and ask people if they need help when most of the time they don't. Having one person at the register on a weekend is crazy and more so a manager not taking on a manager role and hopping on. read more

This is one of my favorite locations! I feel as if they have more sales than other locations, which is always a big plus! I haven't been here in a while but I came the other day and was helped immediately. I had a couple of pretty specific questions in terms of scents and certain lines and they were answered flawlessly. During the Covid 19 Pandemic this store is extremely clean and well organized. They only let in 12 people at a time so expect to wait to get in. They were very polite and considerate as I waited over 30 minutes to get in. They gave out water and offered umbrellas while waiting. After you check out they clean everything. My only draw back is the prices are kinda high. I've seen way better sales. They don't honor the prices on line ( WTH...why do you have different prices on line than in the store aren't you the same company??) Well it is a sad day in the life of B&B as far as the body sprays! I was just looking at my bottles of body sprays and arranging in order from oldest to newest and I noticed something strange? Well I first notice that the bottles were quit different in shape and in size? Hummm? I looked very close and noticed that B&B has shrunk the bottles of the body sprays and eyt they have not shrunk the prices. I refuse to buy any item at any retailer who uses trickery on us consumers.....I am very sure they have done the same to other items I need to check all of my products. This is so hurtful since I just spent over $130.00 as I often do three time a year.I will be more a wear of the practice of ripping off the consumers as this is not new. Best Foods, FJ bacon, name brand coffees and all the yogurts and remember when you got a dozen tortillas of a gallon of ice cream, they use the same practice shrink the containers and give less product but keep prices higher or raise them...BE A WEAR CONSUMERS! read more

Staff are discriminating & not consistent. As I was waiting in line, a white american lady, approached the entrance staff & said she would like to return/exhange her items; she was allowed in without falling back in line. Not 5 mins. had passed since I left the store, I went back to exchange some items & was told to fall back in line. I asked why,when earlier, they let the other lady go in right away. I went into this bath and body works. From the time I entered the store until I left someone (the clerks) were following me. They are all so ridiculous and obvious. I told one of them that they make it so uncomfortable to shop. I will never shop in this bath & body works again and I hope other people do the same. The problem is they're following certain people around to see if they're stealing and most of the time it be their own employees stealing from the store. I truly hope the owner read this review and truly train his workers. If they truly want to know how to treat their customers go into the carters store next to them and observe how they treat all people with dignity and respect. read more

Just had a terrible experience at this location! Called the store to ask if they had a specific body cream in stock. Spoke to Dora and she said yes they had in stock. Drove to the store and they didn't have it. When I said that I just called & you said it was in stock- Dora blamed me for misunderstanding over the phone. I'm not sure how I misheard yes instead of no? Then I asked if she could call another store to see if they had- she went in the back & told another associate to come out & tell me. Came to this location before opening, for the $8.95 candle sale. They opened the doors at 6am and greeted us all. From the minute I stepped in I was asked if I needed any help. Staff was very attentive...asking what we were looking for as to point us in the right direction. Once I approached the register I was greeted with a smile from Desi(I'm pretty sure that was her name)The cashier was helping me with my coupons, making sure I was getting the best deal possible. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I went back 1 hour before closing. This time at 8pm. Of course there was a completely different group of staff members. Again, all super helpful and pleasant. With the crowds they had to deal with on this crazy candle sale day you might expect them to be a bit irritated. Nope. I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience.
