It has been a while since I shopped at Marshalls. I needed some spring clothes for our upcoming vacation. The store can be a bit overwhelming, but they were in the process of restocking on merchandise. Caught by my surprise they had Korean skincare products at affordable prices. It was so interesting to see them being sold in Marshalls. Now I know where to get them. The store stocked up on some awesome products. I didn't want to leave because it was so intriguing to see what they put out on the shelves. From organic products, toothbrushes, face masks, hair items, purses, shoes, home goods, and so much more. I wanted it all. The prices were on point! Marshalls has everything you need! I walked out with some clothes, deo, and makeup remover. If I had stayed longer, my bank account would be depleted. It's been a while since I shopped at Marshalls but I needed some baby clothes so I went during my lunch. This place didn't have very many 9 month baby clothes, more newborn and 3-6 month clothes, which was fine. I did manage to find something and bought it. They have an art section which surprised me. Next time I need art supplies I'll come here to get something! I also found some frames that looked nice. Service was great; they are trying to sell their credit card but I declined and they didn't pursue it which I appreciated. Parking is in a large lot. There's an Einstein Bros Bagels, Flame Broiler, Sunright Tea Studios, CAVA, and In-N-Out, and a shoe store in the same area. read more

While smaller than other Marshalls locations I've been to, the selection at this store is pretty broad! It's set up the inverse of most other Marshalls and TJ Maxxes - men's and kids' are to the right instead of left, and handbags and beauty are to the right. Home decor and bedding are, as usual, in the back. There is a noticeable security presence, which - take it for what it's worth - will either make you feel safer or more wary of the area. I picked up a small gift for a friend who enjoys cooking from the kitchen/gourmet food section; there were more colors available at this store than others I've visited recently. I also found some DIY miniature sets from the Rolife brand that I'd never seen before (I have 4 on my bookshelf, actually). When I got to the register, I inquired on the price of a small Chiltern classic book since the tag had come off. While we were waiting, the associate kept twirling and fiddling with the book at the counter, which I didn't love because theoretically, that's merchandise your customer may walk home with, right? Overall a rather mid experience, but I might come back if I happen to be in the area again. read more

They have many departments in the store. The women's clothing is hit or miss; occasionally I find something nice but in the smaller sizes it's slim pickins. They have a fair shoe department. The men's dept is good for items like belts and underwear. Where they have the best deals I think is in the home goods. Linens, pillows, comforters, kitchen items and cookware - they have upped their game! Other home furnishings, and knick-knacks and seasonal decor offer some hidden gems! One has to check the store periodically as inventory changes. read more

I like this Marshalls BUT I noticed a decline. The only bad thing is they don't have enough cashiers and the line can get long. They don't have any cal king bed sets, so I always end up at ross across the street since I can trust they have them at an AWESOME price. Also, there were better deals here and the cashiers used to wrap fragile items better. I got the same cashiers twice in a row and she doesn't double bag or wrap things better. I like to shop but might stop for a while. I thought the first time she probably had a bad day, but twice is a pattern. I feel management needs to retrain or not be so picky about their 10 cents bags, lol. You can be loosing a bigger sale over pennies. read more

After recently starting a new job, I switched from another well known off-price retail chain and started shopping at Marshalls. I was looking for some professional office attire. I found beautiful brand-name clothing and footwear, at lower prices than traditional retail stores. Marshalls' carries high end and affordable brands with the selections constantly changing as they restock regularly. Being a senior citizen I was a bit disappointed that Marshalls doesn't have a nationwide senior discount program. But, I guess I shouldn't be greedy since I am getting great prices on great products! read more

This Marshall's is my absolute favorite! Large selection of items, well organized shopping floor, kind employees & constant new inventory. I love coming here for kitchen/bathroom supplies, sleepwear, home decor, the list goes on. I almost always find something I adore here. It's like a little treasure hunt. I am especially excited about the Halloween selection they have this year. As a Halloween lover, it's exceeded my expectations. Holiday shopping. Best deals on gifts for everyone. Today's goal was to stay under $100 for five people. I had my niece pull the gifts for three girls while I mixed and matched for my two cousins. Girls got a mix and match of items such as hair accessories, sweaters, games, and beauty items. I scored on an Adidas t-shirt and Calvin Klein beanie for one cousin and a Nautica t-shirt and Calvin Klein beanie for the other. As I perused for myself, store was slim pickings on womens shoes, purses, and mens accessories, but were overflowing with clothes and toys. Tis the season, I guess. read more

This Marshall's is average size for the chain. Plenty of free parking in the mall lot. The selection of men's clothing and shoes is a little sparse. I will continue to use the Marshall's app with free shipping. Their website has a much larger selection. And you can return online purchases to their bricks and mortar stores. read more

I came to this location to look for a certain dog poop baggie on Tuesday, 04/27/21 around 5pm but they didn't have it but I was able to get some gummies, a 2 tier stand and sifter so it wasn't a loss. This location was pretty clean and organized . It was bright inside so easier to look at stuff. There were markings on the ground to show which direction to go through the store but no one was really following them but it was okay since the store wasn't that crowded. I found a lot of cute things but didn't need them. I'm sad they didn't have what I was looking for but I found other stuff that I needed. At the cashiers area, there were three lanes opened and they had lights and an automated announcement to tell you which lane was open so that was convenient. Overall would come again for how nice and clean it was and the baking supplies they had. read more

This store manager Merriem M and her associates at this location are rude and discriminative toward people of color. My niece was was given a store credit of $15 and I was trying to use it toward my purchase and this manager made a big deal about it, told me I could not use it because the store credit wasn't issued to me. I told her I would contact corporate and on a condescending tone she waved me off and said "bye" Super rude and these associates do not treat customers well. read more

Marshall's is awesome. There's a tier ranking of these department stores and their sister stores such as Ross, TJMAXX, and DD's. Marshall's is one of the higher ranking ones above Ross and I understand why in terms of customer service and organization, but the one thing Marshall's doesn't carry that its sister stores do is jewelry. And that is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, in my opinion. This location specifically is very clean and organized. The lines can get super long as in most of these department stores but the huge difference is that there is plenty of cashiers available at Marshall's as opposed to the one or two at Ross or DD's EVEN IF the line snakes around the entire store, out the door, into the parking lot --there will never be another register open. (!!!) But here at Marshall's you will hardly, if ever, experience that issue :) read more

For the most part, this location has a decent amount of niche items. Such as purses and electronics. However, it's a bit pricey for the clothes. Also, be careful buying items on clearance here. Inspect the items. I bought a Boscia facial serum that was on clearance. I should've known something was wrong with the item based on how dingy the packaging looked. Lo and behold, I arrive home and after maybe two uses, no product came out. I cracked open the whole bottle (it wasn't a translucent bottle) and the whole thing was empty. I bought an empty product. Sigh. Be mindful and inspect what you're buying before you take it home. read more

I am from a smaller city up north This store blows ours out of the park. There is a wide variety of clothes (men) and other men's products here. I live in kern county and I think my town gets all the leftovers from LA stores. The line here moves quickly and employees are welcoming. This is the best Marshalls I've been to so far. read more

Nice Marshalls store located in a shopping center near the Long Beach Traffic Circle. Stopped in to make a return and browse one evening and did not have a problem making the return or shopping since the store was nice and empty. Found standard Marshalls merchandise from clothing, accessories, children's items and toys, to perfumes and gift items. The store itself was fairly organized and not cluttered as others I've been to. Employee assisting me with my return was fine - cordial and efficient. I was able to quickly browse and make my return in record time (most likely due to the fact that I came during an off-time and there weren't too many customers). Parking when I visited wasn't an issue, but there are many stores/restaurants that share this parking lot so I imagine it could get a little hairy during a busy weekend. read more

Upon inspection, she immediately noticed dirt on my item, and got approval from management to discount it. Normally, I am the one who does the inspection and ask for the request. I saw the other reviews and got nervous to visit here. So maybe this is a rare occasion. It was super organized and clean. Staff was really friendly and a lady even came up to us in line just to make sure we found everything ok and if we. We needed to price check anything so the line would go more smoothly. I enjoy shopping at Marshalls, the only problem I have (and this is for practically any store I go to...except for Nordstrom) is finding a wide selection of nice Tommy Bahamas, RL Polos, or Under Armor golf polos in 2XL!! Most places only have a handful to select from and colors that scream. I did find Cole Haan sunglasses for $10 and an RL snuggy throw that feels amazing for $20!! I love great deals!! read more

This Marshall's sucks. In other words I don't recommend you coming to this Marshall's. I was returning something and the cashier left me while I was doing a return. I was not done with the cashier and he just left me. I just wanted to finish and Pat not to be left in awkwardness. He left and the manager finished helping me out. Apparently someone was trying to steal. I asked the lady (manager) what happened if he (employee) left to the restroom and she said I'm pretty sure. I entered this Marshall's not expecting much. In store were brands such as True Religion, Ed Hardy, Polo, Nautica and some brands with which I am not familiar . It kind of reminded me of Macy's, except that the prices were lower and Marshall's was smaller and less attractive looking. The shoe department looked promising at first but when the best thing I found were Juicy Couture ivory patent leather pumps, I walked away. Cute shoes, but I don't usually wear that color/style. I departed Marshall's after having purchased a couple items. The price was reasonable. It struck as me as odd that the cashier asked me if I wanted a TJX card. Instinctively I politely declined. Side note: either earlier this year or last year, this Marshall's carried 50 Cent's G-Unit apparel. I found that interesting. read more

Goop, broken boxes, unsealed bottles, you name it...whatevs, it is on sale, right? I currently obsessed with charcoal anything. Charcoal smoothies, I'm there. From my pics enclosed, see the charcoalogy body wash and alba hibiscus toner. Needed some summer bras. They even sell my fave Sunfoods brand. On this day I saw spirulina and chlorella tablets! I didn't buy it but good to know for next time, if they ever have it again. I used to love this Marshalls and shop here frequently, but after my experience today I will not be returning. I bought a dress in February expecting to wear it for an event and threw away the recent as I had never had an issue with Marshalls. After putting it on I realized there were huge holes on the side, the sales associate never pointed out to me. I had to find something in my closet to wear. Due to my busy schedule I was finally able to make it back in today to return the damaged dress. The cashier would not accept my return even though they sold the dress to me damaged and it was unworn and tags attached. I am extremely dissatisfied with their level of customer service. I have got to say, this is one of the best Marshalls stores around. And believe me, I know Marshalls. My mom is completely obsessed with the chain, and she drags me to every single store she can find. I think we maxed out on 6 stores in one day. That may not sound like a tremendous amount, but considering that we're going from Santa Monica to Huntington Beach and the fact that she spends 2+ hours in each store, that's a lot of time and miles covered. The Del Amo store is not bad either. Yes, this store can be disorganized, and yes, there is a LOT of junk here that you can't even imagine anyone in their right mind buying. But, if you spend the time (apparently 2 hours works well) you can find a lot of stuff. I have personally bought sheet sets, pillows, bathroom items, underwear, shirts, skirts, dresses, shoes, picture frames, purses, luggage, lotion, perfume, watches, kitchen supplies, photo albums, food stuffs, and more. Oh, and they have a big and tall section, which is GREAT for Diego. I found him three pairs of jeans for 17 bucks each, and three pairs of shorts on clearance for 8 dollars each. A bargain! And it's sometimes hard to find him clothes that fit and look right. Yay Marshalls!! read more

Purchased a Fila foam roller tonight that had been torn out of it original packaging and was just sitting freely on the floor. It had no tags. Instead of discounting this open box item or even taking the time to search the right brand to keep their inventory straight, staff members "Vida" and "Patty F." just grabbed a completely different brand and rang it up full price. I even alerted them that one one still in its packaging was a completely different brand and pointed to the "Fila" imprinted on the open box item. They just said it didn't matter and items that have been torn out of their packaging aren't discounted. I'm hoping they've been employed at Marshall's for less time than I've been a customer because even I knew this wasn't protocol. Don't care about the extra money but that degree of incompetence makes me Jesus rant to revisit this location. read more
