Next time I need art supplies I'll come here to get something! I also found some frames that looked nice. Service was great; they are trying to sell their credit card but I declined and they didn't pursue it which I appreciated. Parking is in a large lot. There's an Einstein Bros Bagels, Flame Broiler, Sunright Tea Studios, CAVA, and In-N-Out, and a shoe store in the same area.

I picked up a small gift for a friend who enjoys cooking from the kitchen/gourmet food section; there were more colors available at this store than others I've visited recently. I also found some DIY miniature sets from the Rolife brand that I'd never seen before (I have 4 on my bookshelf, actually). When I got to the register, I inquired on the price of a small Chiltern classic book since the tag had come off. While we were waiting, the associate kept twirling and fiddling with the book at the counter, which I didn't love because theoretically, that's merchandise your customer may walk home with, right? Overall a rather mid experience, but I might come back if I happen to be in the area again.

Not the strongest, but better than the rest of the warm and muggy mall. They didn't quite have as much Halloween stuff as I would have liked, but this isn't a stand alone outdoor location, so that makes sense. Internet connection is a tad slow and spotty if you're trying to get into your app for rewards or points.

Giving the store a good once-over, my gift card was inclined to purchase a clay face mask. Bath & Body Works had 2 options, and after asking the staff members their recommendations, I went with their Clay Face Mask with kaolin clay, bentonite clay & Vitamin E. I've been using the product on & off again, and have been happy with the results. So much, I plan to keep it in my personal grooming rotation, just not particularly this specific product, to maximize value. The staff were friendly & helpful during my visit. There were only a few customers shopping, so wait was minimal. If looking for grooming and/or beauty products, I highly recommend Bath & Body Works.

I recently stocked up on all the tennis / golf skirts from lululemon in every color, and they are not even comfortable (or as cute) I came in and it was your run of the mill old navy. I went and tried on some of their High-Waisted StretchTech Pleated Skorts (these are extremely soft) and their- Extra High-Waisted StretchTech Micro-Pleated Skorts They always have sales going on. I order them online often because they usually don't have a lot of the colors in stock at the store. I bought all these for golf lessons but now I just wear them for everyday wear. I always get so many compliments on them and nobody believes me when I say they are from old Navy (ladies, don't gate keep where you get your cute stuff from!) The thing that makes these way better than the lululemon ones (besides the price) is the shorts underneath are soooo comfortable I would say these run true to size or even a little big. I've made a few returns here for the smaller size and the cashier was so friendly at making returns and swapping out for the different size. I can't stress enough how friendly the workers are here. After reading some of the reviews it looked like a few people agree how great the service is If you are a sporty girl or just love the look of these skirts / skorts I highly highly highly recommend them here!!! P.S they usually have the matching crop polo tops to go with the skirts in the matching color

I was in the store for about seven minutes, and during that time there were two employees at the register chatting with each other and one was looking at their phone. Neither of them acknowledged me or offered any assistance. I even walked around the store within their view, hoping someone would greet me or ask if I needed help (which I did), but that never happened. As a customer, a simple acknowledgment goes a long way. Because of the lack of service, I decided to leave without making a purchase (even after seeing two shirts I liked). Hopefully management can encourage staff to be more attentive and engaged with customers in the future.

I was in the store today to pickup an online order, shorts…read more I asked about returning some bra's that I had purchased for my daughter (3) in February, 2 of the 3 bra's has exposed wire, clearly to the customer the bra's are defective (no good). The lady told me that it was my daughter's fault not the merchandise. I kept cool and said nothing, but thought how unprofessional she is. Items costing $50 each should be made better, quality. The shorts that were in the store had what appeared to be a bleach stain so I ended up exchanging for a lighter color. So Lane Bryant items can be DEFECTIVE.

Yes! The lady at the register was friendly & helpful, conversant. Their merchandise is of good quality, although a bit pricey, most of the clothing I've purchased in the past have lasted well. The employees are always amiable. This one os located in the Lakewood Center mall, near Target, close to the carousel. My only complaint is, they do have plus sizes but limited to plus sized TALL women. Like....Hello Lane Bryant, short/petite XL women are people, too . I would love to see their designers & visionaries come up with designs for clothes for short & stout women to look fabulous.

It's awesome and refreshing meeting employees in retail that are pleasant and kind. Sometimes that's not the case .
