Love this stand alone location! Unlike the locations in malls, where everything is cramped and right on top of each other....this location was very spacious and had everything in store that was online! The staff was very friendly and greeted every single customer that came through the door and was sure to inform every customer of the deals they were having that day and where all the sales racks were located. This store was very clean, and had plenty of hand sanitizers throughout for your convenience. I highly recommend this location, but be sure to bring your mask. Such a cute shop! I was running errands with my sister in Mid-City where we had to make a stop here. I had actually never heard of it since I've never noticed any locations in the Valley or Downtown where I frequent. I have to say that on a Saturday at 11am, it was quite easy to get in and out. Enter the lot off of Venice and follow the upslope ramp to the parking lot where you'll find some big-box shops. There were plenty of open parking spots in front of Carters which made it a breeze. Upon entry, this location is bright and inviting. The merchandise is mostly clothes with done accessories, a few shoes and a lesser degree of toys. The clothes are bright, fun, colorful and just downright adorable! Did I mention affordable? Because the Sale in the back is amazing. For more convenience, Carters lists a breakdown of the sale price depending on the percentage. My sister got the perfect gifts and customer service was really helpful with her. In fact, I noticed they were kind and courteous, willing to help the other customers -- and myself too! Definitely a win in my book when I need kids' clothes: check this location out! The staff here are quite friendly. They helped me to take advantage of some great sales and to make the best purchases for my wallet. I was shopping for a number of gifts as well as some items for my little one. It was so easy. I not only was able to purchase outfits that were on sale but I also was given the opportunity to take advantage of other coupons. I think I saved more than I spent on my clothing purchases. Parking is quite ample on the 3rd floor. There were tons of goodies on the clearance racks. I will definitely be back. Although this location is much more difficult to get to than the other that I more often frequent, this store has a much better amount of stock available. This particular location isn't shopped heavily by wholesalers or tourists. Thank goodness. I'll see you again soon! Thanks for all your help and for all the gift receipts I asked for. I just wanted to buy one item. I already knew what I wanted, just needed to walk in grab it, buy it and get out. The doors were locked at 8:40. The Cashier could have walked to the door and let us know maybe today they close 20 minutes early or they are counting the registers or anything other than just standing there staring at us. That is poor customer service. Or maybe Carters closes at 8:40 now and they just haven't updated the sign on the front door and their website. Girls work there very Impolite！！！And very lazy! ! ! I went there to pick up my package[ I ordered online and shipped it to shore]. At first, I shown order number to them. They said, we don't wanna see order number balabala ..... We only see the email balabalaba..... And You can't get the package within 14 days after placing the order. They just standing there talking sh*t..... But, as far as I know, we usually get order in 7 business days! Fortunately, I found my email! Finally, I got may package! Well, now that I have a kid, I'm on the email list, and there seems to be a sale every five minutes, so that's nice. I will say that the mall that it's in isn't generally swamped, which makes getting in and out of there a breeze (as long as you drive to the top floor and don't stop in the Lowe's parking lot, which does get pretty busy). Anyway, Carter's makes great, affordable, adorable baby clothes, and it's nearby. The salespeople are super nice and helpful, the prices are far less than those of BabyGap, which is good, because my daughter will grow out of them in about 3 months. Score for the neighborhood! I'm the father of a year and a half old and uncle to a 2 1/2 year old so naturally I need a place that caters to little ones. I've known of carters before hand for a while but it was mostly online. I feel as I lucked out since this store opened up shortly before my nephew was born and it's minutes away from work. I really like the fact that the prices are reasonable, there are plenty of choices of out fits to pick and choose (even though shopping for boy clothing is always harder than for girls...Boy parts know what I'm talking about), it's a physical store (as I prefer this over online shopping) and they usually always have a sale of some sort going on. The shopping center is large and there is always plenty of parking though depending on how busy it can be your chances of finding a spot right up front may vary. read more

I have frequented this location pretty regularly since the arrival of my little one and Ive always encountered great customer service. The staff members are always quick to assist me in finding additional sizes or if I'm on the hunt for a certain item. The store is easy to find, stocked with merchandise and super clean. I read one of the earlier posts that commented on the untidy rounders- and it certainly seems like this location has cleaned up their game! As other reviewers have mentioned, finding the location is a little tricky. But just remember to head to Lowes then take the ramp up to the third level where you'll find another strip mall and carters is right there! I personally love all the budget friendly finds at carters! And the quality is great! But word to the mamas out there, there is no stroller ramp to enter the store so be prepared to do some lifting from the parking lot! read more

Couldn't really Find the place there located at the top , up the ramp 3rd floor parking lot next to chipotle . It's VERY clean and well organized , which is great. I hate to shop and it's a pigsty . This is a complaint about Carters online service not the store. I placed an order Wednesday March 30th online. I paid $15 to get a dress to me using 2-3 day shipping. I g0t an email saying the order will be delivered April 5- that is FOUR business days. Why would I pay $15 for a $23 dress for 4 day shipping. Are you kidding???? This is bad business and I will not be shopping from Carters ever again. When I called customer service their attitude was one of not caring. Nice. read more

i'm so bummed i just found out how great their store is. i had only ordered online before a month ago, but with their new free "ship to store" program i finally made it into the store. lots of stuff on clearance and the staff was really sweet! came up to me with a shopping bag when they saw my hands full. saw my kid drop his granola bar, and someone came up to me and offered to throw it away for me. smiles and all. very easy parking on the 3rd level. read more

Absolutely love Carter's they have Everything! i had two baby showers to attend to 10/10/2015. i went in on 10/9/15 and got two separate gifts one for a boy one for a girl so it was two separate transactions, i realized when i got home i had forgotten one of the gift bags at the store but it was coming up on the receipt. So i called in to the store n asked if i had left the second gift bag, they said yes it is on the counter and will be waiting for pick up, so i send my daughter in later in the evening to pick up the bag. there was different staff she wasn't aware the gift bag sitting on the counter was for pick up only,she didn't want to give the gift bag due to her not having any idea about it, (despite having the receipt) she was not helpful at all. She recommended coming in the next day and speaking to a manager. i walked away slightly disappointed but understood her position "she did not want to be held responsible", so i came in the morning of the baby shower 10/10/15 it was the same staff, same problem they were so rude and did not want to help me out,its 107 degrees outside its the day of both these events anyone in my position would have been easily irritated, we went with the second cashier a hispanic woman and as i begin to show her the receipt and my bag with no gift bag in it, the other cashier a african american woman whom i had spoken to the night before just left her customer waiting at the counter and jumped in on the conversation, i was not even able to explain what i was there for, they were both Extremely rude, they claimed they did not want to help me because they did not want to take fault for a $3.00 gift bag, they offered no help because they were not there at the time of the first transactions on the evening 10/9/15. i was there at 11:45 am on 10/10/15 as they recommended, they told me the best they can do is have me wait until 1:00pm when a manger comes in, (it is the day of the events) not very helpfull staff! my daughter calls me telling me the situation so i call in the store and ask them what is going on how can something so simple be so difficult for two people. i asked if they can please call a manger for approval, she did not let me speak over the phone i had to ask her several times to let me speak, after calling her manager she went back outside to tell my daughter that she can take the gift bag, that she was trying to explain that she needed a managers approval but that was not in fact what she had "explained" her solution to the slight problem was having my daughter wait until 1pm for a manger when its 11;45am and it is the day of the events. she could have called her manager from the beginning i did not have to call in the store to tell staff what to do. very ridiculous, being a cashier is not hard at all and these two staff members manged to make being a cashier look like a hard job. sucks because i absolutely love carters and this location is much closer to my home and these two women just ruined the Carters experience for me. its disappointing because all the other reviews under mine claim the staff was very customer friendly, my experience was so bad i signed up on yelp just to leave this review. read more

I love coming to this location as it is bigger than others and their customer service is great. The employees here are very attentive to your needs and questions regarding sales or items in stock. They also carry more sizes for toddlers than other locations. read more
