A special shoutout to my dear Yelper Mukti for this amazing recommendation for a 5K with Lululemon. It was amazing to run by all these landmark icons, while being iconic. My Bestie is an ICON and we had so much fun! Well he did not me... I have flat feet so I didn't really run the entire thing. I also cut across the finish line but at least I finished. Afterward, there was a private shopping experience with water, Cliff Bars, bananas, tangerines, and Mango snackies. Came into this location looking for men's clothing and left REALLY impressed with the service. We were helped by Birdie, who was so sweet and patient with us. We were confused because two pairs in the same style fit completely different. She took the time to look into it and realized the SKUs were different, and that one of the styles had actually been renamed. She went out of her way to find the exact pair with the fit we wanted. There is no way we would have figured that out on our own. Really appreciated how knowledgeable and accommodating she was. This is exactly why I love shopping at Lululemon. I visited the store on May 15, 2026 approx 12:53pm. The girl at the cash register, Sarah, was really nice and asked me if I needed help. She helped me find the exercise bras. She led me to Charisse who helped me find a dressing room to try them on. Charisse was thoughtful and brought me another exercise bra that she thought I might like to try. She really listened to what I was looking for and my comments on how I felt the other exercise bras felt when I tried them on. She brought me the exercise bra that I thought I wouldn't like, but it ended up being the right one. It was great that she took the time to look for other things for me to try that fit my parameters. It felt like she was my personal shopper and found exactly what made me feel comfortable. I was really glad Sarah and Charisse was there and were so customer friendly and was great at their jobs. One of the bigger Lululemon stores I've been to, but the selection wasn't that great. The displays are organized, and the sale items are located in the back. They were pretty busy for a Saturday. As I walked around to check out their merch, none of the employees greeted me or offered any help. I did notice they have a small section of shoes for men and women, as well as accessories and undergarments. Lululemon has somewhat made its way slowly into my wardrobe, but sadly, I didn't see anything at this location that I really liked. One of your "educators" LEFT THE SECURITY TAG ON MY PANTS. I cannot be bothered to waste my time to come in person to get it removed so I had to arrange via Lululemon online to get it picked up by a courier. It was Educator: 99994000103648 How the hell are you going to send a customer home like this with the security tags on? Do you think I have time to waste to drive back there because of YOUR MISTAKE? Why do you not DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK TO MAKE SURE SECURITY TAGS WERE REMOVED CORRECTLY BEFORE PUTTING IT INTO THE CUSTOMERS BAG? Customers, I advise you take out your clothes out of the bag and check them for sensors after they ring you up and double check their work... cause sometimes they are incompetent and will forget to remove them. Also, this store never picks up their phone! I tried calling 3x about this issue and no one answers. Waste of my time. Will never come here again! read more

Probably one of the Lululemon stores that receives higher foot traffic than average being in the Grove. I found the store very crowded with limited selection, especially on Men's clothing. I came with my boyfriend and they were pretty much out of all Medium sizes for everything. All the pants were jumbled up in the cubbies as well and didn't match the sizes listed. The staff was all very nice though and periodically checked in on us while shopping and trying on clothes. The checkout process was quick as well. We had also come to trade in older clothes for credit and the cashier was very transparent that you don't get much for items (anywhere from $5-$10). She told us we'd have better luck at Crossroads for selling. Note that parking at the Grove is always a big pain. The garage spirals up endlessly and they start charging as soon as you enter. The rates went up post-COVID too. :( read more

If I could I would give this store a negative 5 star. U fortune toy the manger who seems to racial profile against her customers decided to take advantage of me and steal on a return / exchange from me . When I confronted her about it her story made no relevant sense . I played her game along .... Basically , when ur doing a materials manufacture exchange like I was , buying the same pants just a Different color " red", she decided to price the pants at $78 rather than the origami $98 . Ok that's fine , but why ?she made an excuse that the price has been adjusted online , ok but I'm buying it at the store at the same red ones show the $98 price . So ur telling me if I wanted to exchange them for black ones now I'd have to pay the extra $20 difference after already paying the origanal price and now lose $40 . Ok well , once I called her back and told her it didn't make sense and she wasn't being honest and wanting to know her name , she was extremely rude and said I don't have to give u my name and just hung up . It is 12:25 pm on Sunday and this is the only store that is closed out of the entire Grove. There is no signage indicating when they will reopen or why it's closed randomly. I made a trip out here to make a return and they completely wasted my time. On yelp it also shows that it's "opened" so not sure what's going on but this is the second time this has happened at this exact location. read more

I had such a positive experience at this lululemon! My earring and backing came flying off and two super thoughtful employees came over to help me look for the backing. They went above and beyond for me by even grabbing a swiffer and dusting around, I greatly appreciated it! I wasn't able to catch their names but one had a nose piercing and doc marten sandals and the other had a red cap, pierced ears, and a beard/mustache! Thank you :) read more

The one star is purely for the "cool dude" with the big round android watch who is too cool to help someone out. He had to jump on the register to help a long line and made it obvious he'd rather not help anyone. Bought a pair of shorts and yes my mistake, they had no pockets. I play tennis so that didn't work. He looked at me and said "can't you wear them for something else?" To be clear everyone, EVERYONE else is incredibly nice. But this guy literally ruins it. Third time interacting with this guy. Lululemon at The Grove opened up not too long ago (at least I think..!) over the pandemic and it was one of the first stores I visited in such a long time. But let's get to the good point - their customer service is AMAZING!! When I walked in, I obviously felt kind of scared because covid and all, but the friendly smiles and ready to help staff really helped with it. I was there to exchange a gift I just received for my birthday, and unfortunately they did not have the size. A lady (she had red bandana on...! I'm sorry I forgot your name!!!! but I definitely remember you!) was SO SO helpful and was so determined to help me find my size, the right fit, and the style. Usually when I go any clothing stores (especially at the Grove..) I feel so rushed and just kind of "get it done and get it out of here" mind. But SHE was so helpful. She was gave me recommendations on color matches just in case we couldn't find my size in the particular color, gave me time to think about it, WHILE she was calling other stores to see if they can "ship" my item for me. Unfortunately the stores were closed so she did an extra step and wrote down ALL of the stores for me to call in the morning to make sure I can get the color and size of my choice..! She wrote down locations across US, with their numbers, available amount .. you can see it in the photo. Store has a small selection. I came into the store on 06/25/22 and the white male with brown hair working there only helped white customers.

DONT COME TO THIS STORE the service is absolutely horrible when it comes to there quality promise . I came in today prior to calling another store and explaining to them that my moms leggings were pilling , she had bought these mid 2023 and since we didn't intend on returning these we had no receipt they said ok yea come in we can help you . I went to my nearest location thinking all stores had the same rules and kept there word . Turns out they don't the girl worker was like nope sorry call this number and they will help you . WTH y'all are weird asf and each store contradicts each other the grove doesn't do this promise program they need a recpit which is false information. i was having a problem with a defective backpack that was unfortunately sold out EVERYWHERE even online and julia & evonie were so helpful with settling my situation at the store. very intelligent, demure, mindful women! that is what real customer service looks like in this industry & they are the blueprint of that. give these girls everything they are the best :) read more

Went for dinner with friends and stopped at lulu while waiting to be seated. While everyone was incredibly friendly (I have yet to go to a lulu that didn't have awesome employees) I would like to say one employee stood out. His name is Edison and he is amazing. He was friendly, funny, and super helpful! Found out he is a recent transplant from New York and Cali is lucky to have him. Someone get this man a raise! read more
