At 330pm, she replied that her car broke down 2 weeks ago and she'd let me know by 7pm if she could make it. That left me virtually no time to replace her, which to me is irresponsible, unprofessional, and unacceptable,and I told her that. This wasn't just a regular cleaning that would have been no big deal to cancel. I get that things happen and cars break down, but she knew about this issue 2 weeks in advance, and she should have let me know a week before that there was a good chance she might have to cancel. That would have given me plenty of time to replace her. I reached out to 10 places on Yelp to try to book that Sunday, but none were available. Heather got back to me at 430pm saying that her sister would take her, but I'd already lost faith in her. I finally found someone that was available on NextDoor, so I told Heather that her services were no longer needed. But I guess because she offered to have someone come back out and spend another 45 minutes in my house that makes it all OK and as you can see in her response it's more or less whatever and a smiley face so I think before you use this service and this is why people go with big-name companies instead of trying to help out the smaller ones!! The two people that did show up were very friendly and nice so it bothers me that I have to leave this kind of review!!!
