I started by contacting multiple cleaning services via Yelp (messaged each one) and Golden Shine was by far the friendliest and most informative. They seemed like they actually wanted my business. So we proceeded with booking a day for them to come. The booking process was simple and they recommend making a list of things you want to be handled first, to make sure they get your required places cleaned in case they run out of time. I was also told the cleaners were required to go through a background check, which was comforting. We ended up booking a specific amount of time and set a cut of time so that if the cleaners weren't finished by that time, they would leave and we wouldn't continue to get charged. Well it just so happened that the day our cleaners were scheduled to come, I went into labor. The LAST thing on my mind was the cleaning service, but they were on top of things and called my phone to let us know about what time they would arrive. My husband was able to answer and explained to them what was going on. We still wanted them to come even though the thought of strangers in our place without one of us there was nerve racking. They were so accommodating and were willing to go to the front office of our complex to get a key (that we requested for them). They let themselves in our place to clean, and cleaned away. We got home two days after the cleaning, but it still smelled freshly cleaned and looked great! My only negative comment is that they put two of our cast iron pans in the dishwasher - huge no no! I ended up having to re-season both pans. But I can't blame them, the two pans were sitting out (I had forgotten to put them away before going into labor and didn't remember to tell them not to worry about the pans), so they were just doing their jobs. I would only hope this review will help and the cleaners are explained the cast iron pots should never, ever be put in a dishwasher much less cleaned with soap! Overall, I'd recommend this cleaning service! Just make sure to be specific about things you do/don't want!

These two girls work so hard that I gave them $50 each and I'm not rich. I also gave each one of them a homemade big where bar of soap that has lemongrass and herbs and certain oils that are all natural each one of those cost me $20 each. These two girls were so humble and when they were done they left still smiling. Lupita was the one cleaning my bathroom and the poor girl was on her knees scrubbing certain things on my floor in the bathroom but she wiped every inch of my bathroom I didn't even have to tell her and my shower door and little hidden cracks but she did it excellent. The first time I used them they did good but I said I will try another company and it was like day and night. So the second time I use them and their quality was even higher than the first time and they cleaned my aluminum refrigerator and I was shocked because I cleaned it with certain specific things for it but it still left smudges and they got it looking like a mirror.
