Leo was out the next day, free of charge, to assess the damage and provide some guidance on how to proceed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through worst and best case scenarios. Within a few days, he had technicians to rip up our baseboard and some flooring to dry it out. Overall, they removed/replaced a small part of our wall, baseboard and flooring due to some leaking through a cable hole, which they discovered and patched up for us. We were so pleased with the work! Charlene and Leo both were so accommodating to squeeze us in last minute amidst some other projects that were far more severe than ours. Each and every technician that worked in our house was polite and meticulously clean in the aftermath.
