Quick and easy service. Fair price for the part I needed and free parking. Met me expectations.

I needed to replace a headlight. I walked in and was immediately asked how they could help. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Bruce Lee came here since I was in the area and I kind of wanted to grab some additives for my car…read moreto help it run better it wasn't anything exclusive it was more of a common additive. But they had it at a reasonable price. Overall this is a typical automotive store so it features a general variety of everything for you like to expect at a car store. It's very quiet and it's in a pretty busy strip mall. Staff here was also pretty friendly. Store was very well stocked well organized and clean, overall pretty average experience

The customer service at this location is atrocious…read more The initial associate that helped us was unfriendly and couldn't locate my pro account. I was quoted a price without my discount for my (personal) car battery. We decided to call a different (local) O'Reilly's and not only was that associate much friendly but he was also able to locate my account and quote me the appropriate (discounted) price. Since my battery had just died (in the parking lot) I went back into this location to purchase the battery (with my pro discount). I asked the associate to install the new battery (since my car battery unexpectedly died I didn't have the necessary tools for installation), he stated he couldn't do it because he was had been waiting to go to lunch. He said I could ask the other associate, Jeff, to see if he wanted to do it. So I waited for Jeff (an even more unpleasant associate) to get off the phone and then I again asked if I could get my new battery installed. He just said outright said no. No explanation, no reasoning. When I told him I've never had issues getting my (personal) new car battery installed by O'Reilly's associates before he then stated "we don't install new car batteries for pro accounts...since you already get a discount". While this was occurring the first associate was still at the computer answering phone calls and checking out other customers. At this point, I'm frustrated and irritated with the entire situation so I decided to return the new battery. There was absolutely no way I was going to give my business to this location. I jumped my car (thank god for portable car jumpers) and drove to the O'Reilly's on Boughton. Although the Boughton couldn't install the new car battery the associate provided an explanation as to why that location (franchise) they couldn't AND a solution. The stark contrast between these two experiences made it clear that I will not be recommending the O'Reilly's on 75th nor will I be providing any future business to this location.

This Oil X Change - turned - Super Lube is awful. Let's walk through my experience:…read more My wife and I brought both of our cars here at the same time. Only two of the three bays were in service (unsure if this is because the lift was inoperable, or because only 2 guys were staffed), and with a customer ahead of us, it meant we had to wait for each car to be done separately. As they go through the oil change, the technicians shout every move they make. I'm not just talking about safety with the lift (which I completely understand), but they say things like "filling tire pressure bay 1! Bay 1 is 35 psi! Inspecting transmission fluid bay 1!" It's not only annoying, but it makes you wonder...why are they doing it? It's not the same as a place where a man on the floor needs to communicate with a man in a pit! Do they do this so you think they're doing everything right on your car? Which begs the question, of course: do I have a reason not to trust them? They said that both of our cars were in DIRE need of transmission service, which, of course, they were "equipped" to do right then and there (although they didn't even have my air filter in stock...curious...). Let me tell you some advice to anyone who doesn't know much about car repair: DO NOT let an oil change place (especially this one) perform something that important on your car. Go to the dealer! So we did each take our cars to their respective dealers after the technicians tried to guilt-trip us into having it done there (that's great customer service for you). Know what they said? That our cars were in fine shape! Yes, due for transmission fluid changes, but they were not in "danger of becoming damaged" as the Super Lube guys said. they could have run for months longer. And how about that name? Super Lube? Really? You're going to name your business THAT? How professional. Not too sure why we stopped in here to begin with, other than it was close to home.

Pretty lame when you get chastised by these guys because your oil was changed 5000 miles ago. The…read moreoil indicator put the oil life at 50%, the manufacturer recommends oil changes at 10,000 miles, but because they need to sell oil changes, they'll try to sell you an additive or up-sell the oil change because "you're 2000 miles overdue". The hell with what the manufacturer and the engineers who designed the car recommend, we're your local oil change place and if we tell you that your oil needs to be replaced every 3000 miles, dammit, that's what it should be! Then, they start working on your car before they even ask what you want. I dont want the cabin filter replaced, and I don't want you going through my glove box. Thats why I locked it. That doesn't mean that you have permission to unlock it without asking.
