I actually went there to complain about an ongoing problem that the other dealership was not able to fix for me. When I got there the service advisor was very nice and listened to me very well, I felt a little bad that I was there with a complaint, but then I was greeted by not one but two service manager's, Juan and Mark they were very understanding and got my ongoing problem taken care of. This all started because of a motor that…read moreHyundai recalled -- yet I still had to pay out of pocket because it was not covered under warranty. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a stressful and frustrating situation. After paying thousands of dollars for the work, my vehicle was returned with damage to the hood/body that was not present before service. Instead of taking responsibility, I dealt with delays, poor communication, and constant pushback while trying to get the issue addressed. I made multiple attempts to resolve things directly, including contacting corporate and filing with the Better Business Bureau, but getting clear answers or accountability was incredibly difficult. Paying for major repairs is bad enough -- having your vehicle returned in worse condition makes it unacceptable. If you value transparency, professionalism, and respect for your time and money, document everything and proceed with caution. I will be attaching photos of the before and after below. Please note that the before photos are literally taken by the shop before the service started, the after is the day after I got it back and saw it in the sunlight and they're denying that it happened in their care.

Unfortunately, they quoted me one price for the oil change, $41 and some change plus tax, then ended up charging me extra once I cashed out because "the oil filter for my car model ('09 Chevy Cobalt) is a different type," and it was "probably too late" for them to inform me of the price difference once they started changing the filter. I told the gentleman at the counter that I was quoted one price initially, and that they should have known what type of filter my car required and informed me of the correct price, however the difference in amount was not returned to me. When I left, the gentleman said, "Thanks. See you again." I responded, "No, you won't." I will not do business with any company, person, or organization that is dishonest and lacks integrity. I will not do business with this company again, and I would urge anyone else thinking of doing so to reconsider.

I brought in a Fiat for a broken passenger window. They failed to order the parts for a week. When…read moreI checked to see if the parts came in, the girl in the office said " opps, out of site, out of mind". I waited in the office to make sure the parts were ordered before I left. I called a week later and the parts were in, but they didn't tell me. I brought the car in the following Monday. They had it for about 5 hours. They charged 1 hour to clean the broken glass. They charged to remove the seats to clean the glass from the floor. They then decided to charge an extra 2 hours to detail the car. When I picked the car up, it had glass in the glove box, glass between the seats, glass in the driver's side window seal, the mirror switch did not work and the drivers door card was delaminated and punctured. The 2 hr detail was smearing dirt in the front of the car. They said they would order a new mirror switch. Over 2 months and haven't heard from them. The drivers panel is now rattling when the window is down. Total bill was just under 1000.00
