TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE !, AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I would like to personally thank JEROME KERR - JARRETT for single handedly planting the name CARTIER in my heart and mind forever. Ill make the story short ... I bought a cartier watch from an authorized dealer in vegas. (Don't know why i haven't bought it at a cartier store). After 3 days i discovered that the timer for the stop clock isn't working. Sad and very upset i called the store that sold me the watch, And Told them about the problem. I was amazed to hear their reaction, which was, "we"ll have to send it to a service center in Texas to get it serviced"and it will be back in about 4 weeks ?!?!. Not the answer i wanted to hear from a store that just sold me a $10,000 watch. Naturally i thought the right answer should be we"ll get you a new one. Failing to say so... i had to explore my options and see what the cartier store have to say about the problem, and see what will happen. First cartier store at Topanga mall advised me to go to CARTIER OF BEVERLY HILLS, Because they have 3 CERTIFIED CARTIER EXPERTS that can help me. When i got to the store it is everything you would expect from a brand like cartier. The personal who worked on the retail level told me to go to the service level. Upstairs i met JEROME ... and this is what happened. I just told him that i got the watch 3 days ago and it has a problem, and he immediately apologized for the inconvenience and took the watch to the service room (Not before offering me and my wife something to drink while we wait of course), After no more the a couple of minutes he came back and presented me with two options. Either replacing the whole movement for my watch or just get a new one. I chose the new watch option. He then went to bring me the new watch along with a new certificate and warranty and told me that because i just purchased the watch 3 days ago and that a mailfunction like my watch had should never happen in a watch as cartier they just give me the new one and they"ll do it as if i bought it directly from them and not from a different store. I kindly thanked Jarrett and left the store a happy customer. So why do i say top of the line service ? we"ll... i never even had a chance to tell Jarrett the story i'm just writing here. He took the watch problem so personally it almost looked like he was embarrassed that something like that even happened. His apology and natural response saved the cartier reputation and showed me why cartier is top of the line. Not only in their designs and craftsmanship but also in the way they serve their customers. His response and actions is exactly what you expect from a high end jewelry store such as cartier. Proven to me why they are worth their price tag. BTW i love the watch, Ballon Bleu De Cartier XL. A true work of art. I don't know why anyone should ever do a mistake like i did and buy any cartier jewelry or watch not from a cartier store. And if it is a cartier store might as well buy it from cartier of Beverly hills. Thank you again Jarrett i might see you again when its time to surprise the wife with new "decorations". We were assisted by an employee named Mina, who was extremely rude and condescending throughout our time there. Instead of making us feel valued and appreciated, her attitude created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. It was quite jarring, especially since I was wearing multiple Cartier pieces, which should have been an indication of our appreciation for the brand and our commitment to supporting their business. In the past, we have always received exceptional service from Cartier, and it is disheartening to encounter such a negative experience at one of their flagship locations. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but Mina's demeanor was simply unacceptable for a luxury retail environment. This experience has left a lasting impression on us, and we will be hesitant to return to this store in the future. To Cartier management, I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the situation accordingly. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience witnessing how delivery personnel are treated at this Cartier location was extremely disappointing. From the moment an Amazon delivery driver arrived, the staff came across as judgmental and dismissive. The delivery instructions indicated that packages should be brought through the front, yet the driver was scolded and told to drive around to the back alley instead, as though the business was entitled to special delivery treatment. This was a standard delivery, and no special shipping or handling had been arranged. To make matters worse, the driver was using a dolly to transport a very heavy package. While carefully trying to complete the delivery, a staff member made a comment about him walking on the carpet in a condescending way, implying that he somehow didn't belong there. It was an unnecessary and demeaning remark toward someone who was simply doing his job. Whether intentional or not, the overall treatment felt discriminatory and classist. It gave the impression that because someone works in delivery or because of how they looked, they were viewed as "less than." No one deserves to be treated that way. Luxury should be reflected not only in the products a company sells but also in the respect and professionalism it shows every person who walks through its doors, regardless of their job title or background. As a frequent Cartier customer, I expect a welcoming and professional experience, but the treatment I received made me feel like a third-class customer--far from the luxury and hospitality one would anticipate from such a prestigious brand. Despite the unwelcoming atmosphere, I still made my purchase, but I will not be returning to this location. Instead, I will visit another Cartier boutique where the staff values all customers with the courtesy and respect they deserve. My hubby gave me a vintage Cartier for my birthday and I took it here for service. The service department is upstairs and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the service took over 4 months but it wasn't the store's/staff's help (they had to send it to their service center in Texas and had to order parts from Switzerland). All throughout the service person called to give me updates and kept me in the loop on what was going on. They were very apologetic for the loooooong time they took and I could tell they felt honestly bad. The store itself follows the Cartier formula (so if you've been in one then you've been in all) with the distinction of being laid out over two floors. Definitely venture upstairs because they have a very nice selection of accessories. read more

Wtf @cartier it seems like the service is horrible at your stores around the world. My girlfriend and I tried to take bracelet for service at Miami Design District, took us while to find parking, paid and got turned away, we were told that we had to make at appointment but can walk in any other day. After that we were in Los Angeles and tried to go to location on Rodeo drive and called to make an appointment, on the phone we were told to just come in, we were turned away at the door. After that we were back in Miami Design District and came in to be turned away again, so my girlfriend yelled at the person working there, there were 2 available service workers sitting at the desk chilling. Is that a proper service protocol you give your clients for an $8,000 purchase??? read more

The reason for 5 stars is the rep, Josh. I'm happy to have met him. I found a Classic Tank watch there in a style that was beautiful but discontinued. I was told it was the last one left in the country. I bought it and Josh helped me change the band. Unfortunately, I later discovered it had scratches. I brought it to josh, and he took it back and discovered there was actually one more new one left in a New York stock room. He had it shipped and inspected it. He followed up promptly and gave us an even exchange. He made everything go smoothly. Now he texts me whenever new items come in that fit the style I told him I like. She purchased the Juste Un Clou Bracelet... and of course it's beautiful... but the reason I am writing this review is not that but it is plain and simple!!! What in the ghetto is going on with this brand? Charging $800 for a clasp replacement because the original clasp was engineered by what appears to be a committee of absolute clowns is actually insane. Y'all market yourselves as luxury while nickel-and-diming customers over a known weak point like you're running a flea market stall. The markup on your products is astronomical, so please spare us the fantasy estimate. We know what gold costs, we know what labor costs, and we know when we're being taken for a ride. I am upgrading slightly, as management did eventually contact me and they have convinced me (maybe) that a maintenance service will fix the problem. I will continue to believe that a costly watch (especially an electronic one without springs, ratchets etc) should last 4-5 years without futzing and fixing. Cartier will probably tell you that like a thoroughbred Kentucky racehorse, their lovely jewelry pieces need top level (eg $$$) pampering. Either way, this is our first and last Cartier watch.
