Broke trunk deck. They said it was to fit in the subs when they could've easily taken it out. Was never confirmed by me

These people don't care about their customers. Their post sale service is horrible. They try to sell you things you don't need. One of the consultants told me "we could've easily sold you XYZ but we didn't" like I should be grateful they didn't scam me. They broke a huge hole in my trunk deck saying it was necessary, however they never confirmed it through me. I found out AFTER like they were trying to hide it from me. There was a rattle like they left something loose on the side panel and they said theres nothing they can do and tried to sell me on dynamatt; however the rattle is not from the subs as I turned them off and it still rattles. These people do not care about customer service nor about keeping happy customers. Once they get paid they start giving you attitude. Hi-line is down the block and give way better prices for the same product and way better service. BE ADVISED. STAY AWAY.

Very upset. Cartronics has been my families go to when they need some work done. I originally did my HID head lights with them 2 years ago. And I came back yesterday at 11 am to drop off my car.. passenger head light was blown. It ended up being a blown bulb. Come to find out they couldn't find out what was wrong with the head light. It still DOESNT WORK btw . I came yesterday to pick up my car around 5:30p, my car was still in pieces but they already had told me that the light was not going to work and all that was left to do was to put it back together. I didn't leave not until 6:30pm due to the fact that Ivy the lady that works there kept telling me 15 more minutes , that lady is a joke. Before I left I asked her how much was it going to be she told me I was only going to be charged $30.00 I said okay . I came back today at 5p , finding out I have a balance of $80.00.. they some how ended up charging me for something else. Mind you my head lights still DONT WORK. I told the guy I was only being charged $30.00 per Ivy. Brenton told me ... they paper states , if it is the bulb - $30 If it is the blaster $45.00 The paper NEVER STATED 'that IT IS' before I left last night I made sure It was only $30.00 per ivy. Brenton making slick remarks with another customer saying ' people don't notice the value of gratitude' & ' people always complain when it's so cheap'? He was very racist , as if I was some white girl that had money to blow. And he thought by making third party remarks he was a comedian. I told him in his face if he had something to say please say it directly to me .. Is this guy serious my head light doesn't even work and I'm being charged twice as much than what was originally stated. As I was leaving , they didn't even direct me out of the warehouse , I could've crashed anything. The other guy is very rude. These people don't know customer service at all. They are very lazy and laid back . Where is Lester when you need him .. your business will fail because of the people trying conduct it in the Pines location. I will show up tm to north Miami and have a nice talk with Lester . HORRIBLE PLACE.

Worse service I've ever received. You'll come in and spend $1500 and the system won't even work correctly. Had an in-dash pioneer new system installed and the bezel doesn't even for with the kit they installed. Bought this thing 6 weeks ago and have been going back each week for them to tell me that it's not them it's my car. And Lester pretty much tells me I'm SOL. Brenton & Josh are good guys and really try but c'mon. $1500 I expect the dash to look as it did when I first came in. Will never go back to this place and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here either. read more

I would never again take my car to this crapping ass place. I've taken all my cars here and always need to take it back. They have guys that don't know what they are doing. I called and talk to Brenton to make a appointment 3/5/2016 and he told me to come on Tuesday (3/16/2016). So I show up at 9:00 when they open but they don't even show up til 9:20 TERRIBLE. Then they tell me they cant do it. So I had to make an appointment for Saturday(3/19/2016). I see Brenton right in the appointment book. Brenton calls me on Friday and tells me that he doesn't know if they are going to get me in. And that he will call me @9:00 to let me know if they can get me in. 9:15 I decide to call because I never receive a call at 9:00 like I was told. The owner gets the phone and tell me that I'm not even on the book. Did i just say i saw Brenton right in the book .Oh i did say that right. Yeah i did. The owner tell me that Brenton will never tell me he's going to call me because he doesn't work Saturdays. Oh did i say Brenton hasn't work a Saturday in 10 years. In other words calling me a liar. These guys think they are the only car audio installer in town. I rather take it somewhere else. like bestbuy where they know what they are doing. in other words you pay for what you get. Got my car back and it ran like crap. Felt like a cable was slapping around, back up lights did not work (They did prior) and the clutch chattered a lot. They told me to let the clutch slip and it would wear down. Brought it to Bob's Automotive in Sunrise. They told me the transmission mount was ruptured, the transmission was only held in with three bolts, the throw out bearing was never changed and my clutch cable was extremely loose. The pressure plate was warped and the back up switch was damaged. Had to re-pay to have the transmission done again. Car runs great now. I also paid less for a new clutch and labor then Gold Coast charged me for just labor...so not a good experience.

I hired them to fix the curb rash on all four of my OEM Range Rover Sport wheels and caps. They said it would take a day which turned into a day in half. Not a big deal. Prior to picking up my vehicle they recommended over the phone to also get new caps. I couldn't remember the condition of my caps so I said yes let's clean the entirety of the wheels up. Within a few days of driving my car I noticed one of my new caps had turned completely silver. When I looked closer it read DODGE! I reached out immediately to Ubreakwheelfix and they said they could fix it. When discussing it in email their reason for this issue kept changing. When I arrived in person they said it had to be a Dodge cap because that wheel bore was too big and needed this creative strategy ‍. They tried to glue another cap on which fell off by the time I drove home. I started the email communication with them again. By now realized they had damaged the bore and that's why now the Range Rover caps won't fit anymore. They told me not to go to the dealership because they would recommend a new wheel. Because of my great relationship with North Dade Land Rover I stopped by to have them look at it. They laughed at me and said that Ubreakwheelfix damaged my bore and that I will now need a new wheel. Before writing this 1 star review I asked Ubreakwheelfix to please replace this damaged wheel and we can call it good. They responded very unprofessionally! I am now in the process of purchasing a new wheel. New wheel plus painting and mounting will run me another $1,000.00!
