Back in June will took him for a second opinion. They were shocked teeth weren't pulled nor was he equipped with a piece of hardware he needed for expanding the teeth. As soon as I walk in to the office they never fail to welcome me by name and make checkin a breeze. Ms Chelsea asks me about my adventures between visits n I get to see updated pictures of her beautiful little girls.. Dr Sam wasn't here this visit (Congrats on new baby girl she is Gorgie!!), but her temp replacement was thorough and very nice. Not, to mention Jhona set down and went over our treatment plan and took the time to answer every question. It was such a quality visit in comparison to other places which it seemed to be based on time. She sat with my daughter assisted her in deciding on what was best braces or invisalign based in her life style. She ensured she knew how to operate her scan from home system in which, yes people they monitor your braces from a system you take home no need to be consumed with coming in constantly! I had a smaller child who became restless and Jhona put a Disney show on her so that we could focus on the treatment plan. She went above and beyond plugging in numbers to get payments where they needed to be for us. I also had a consultations with other Orthodontist and I have Tricare insurance they quoted me a price and wanted to get me in the chair immediately. However, Jhona contacted my insurance company to ensure I was covered based on my age in which I wasn't! Words can't express what her attention to detail meant as these other places would have had me paying out of pocket a crazy amount of money based on the fact they didn't check the fine print. I was down about the fact that I was not covered for Ortho care and Johana said, give me a bit and worked it out to where I could receive care at an affordable price! My daughter went back to get her braces and as I waited I heard a big welcome and cheer from staff for her, which just made her feel comfortable and like family. My smaller child was upset she wasn't getting a bag full of goodies or braces, lol and Jhona made her feel part of the process by giving her a T-shirt. The receptionist welcomed us and got us in the back very quickly and the Orthodontist took her time and answered all my questions. Lastly, I got a message from Jhona checking on my daughter a day later as braces at first can be a bit painful, she offered some tips for pain, words of encouragement and let me know I could contact directly with any questions.
