If you're looking for a fancy schmancy place with waterfalls and spa hoopla, then this isn't it. If you want a fantastic massage at great prices with caring people, then this is the place you! I don't know how I found this beautiful little spa situated in a ho-hum office park, but I am so glad that I did. I've been to many other places with big names, and prettier environments but they don't consistently hold up to Cary Massage's quality. I love supporting small businesses like this one. read more

Terrific customer service from start to finish! As a new customer, I was able to schedule my appointment online but still received reminders. When I arrived, everyone was professional and attentive. The masseuse was punctual and also took time to ask for music and temp preferences before getting started. I did not feel that the experience was timer-based or rushed. I just started going to Cary Massage and my massage therapist is Wilma who is an extremely nice and knowledgable person. I get the Serenity Oil while getting my massage which smells wonderful and am fully relaxed when done. Everyone in the office is very nice, and I've met the owner Nicole who is an exceptionally sweet person and has a lot of knowledge of oils. This place is hit or miss. They have really good deals so sign up for emails and FB so you can get a discount. Their office is really nice, clean and inviting. Everyone is friendly. I just have two cautions: 1) always book online. I don't know why but whoever schedules appointments at the front desk always messes up the date or time. Once it really really screwed me over because I was supposed to get a table Thai massage (highly recommend BTW) before my half marathon and the girl put the date in the apt. book for a month after because she wasn't paying attention to what month she was on. And she didn't even apologize when she realized that it was her mistake (she said oh I am the one who booked this- as if she were going to blame someone else). The other issue, choose your therapist wisely and stay away from Cathy Ming. She is horrible and doesn't know her left from right. I SPECIFICALLY told her and showed her where I was having problems in my right shoulder and she massaged everywhere but there. I thought to myself surely she will move right now, but nope she never did. Other therapists talk too much and some do weird stuff like move my legs all over which was just not helpful (except the table thai- then it makes perfect sense what she did). I do also recommend the cupping. It helped my back tremendously and lasted about 4 months before I had to go back. Usually a massage or chiro adjustment only lasts a few weeks so I was elated that the cupping worked wonderfully. I still go here and likely always will because I do trust them, but I have learned to speak up now if something isn't right and if necessary demand it be made right. read more

I love Cary Massage! I have received massages here since 2007, and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is calming, the staff is welcoming, and the therapists are fabulous! I went for a massage yesterday, after not having one for at least a year. Wilma was my therapist, and she was AMAZING!!! She worked out all my problem areas and left me feeling like a whole new person. I wouldn't trust any other massage establishment with my body. I recommend Cary Massage to everyone! read more

Found Cary Massage relatively easy to find with google maps. Staff was courteous. My masseuse was very attentive and worked hard to ensure that I was comfortable. Checked in to be sure she was applying appropriate pressure to areas of concern. Clean and sanitary. Would go again if given the chance. read more

Found them through a living social deal and I am SO glad I did! From start to finish this was the epitome of a fantastic experience. Easy online booking, reminder call for appointment, convenient appointment times available, friendly service at check-in and an oh my goodness fantastic massage! Shell did a prenatal massage for me and it was clear her top priority was my well-being. It is hard to get comfortable at 39 weeks pregnant but I left feeling like a million bucks! She was very attentive to my needs as a client and really focused on my areas of greatest needs. I went to Cary Massage because I pulled a muscle in my back, an injury which normally takes a week to heal. I had a one hour massage from Wilma Raber. She gave me an excellent massage; as good or better than any I have received. As a great bonus, my back has stopped bothering me 2 days later. And I took a two hour plane ride in coach and drove another two hours the day after the massage. If I could give WILMA more than 5 stars, I would. read more
