At 5:40p I got a call that the truck was ready and I could come by and pick it up. Luckily I was only 5 min drive and rushed over to get it. Otherwise I would have waited till the next morning to get my truck. Outside of all that, the team was great. Did everything they needed to do and got my car ready by the end of the day. The sales rep MATT had us sitting at a desk for 2 hours waiting on finance to come back with numbers. So we had to leave and was specifically told by Matt that he would call us back when he heard back from finance! I figured since it was kinda late in the day that we would hears something the following day. Nope! Friday comes no call so I called and then they acted as if we just walked out & I explained no we were waiting for a call back from Matt because he said he would calls us. Was then told they would relay a message to him for him to call us back! So the weekend passes still no call until Monday when I received a text asking if we were still interested in the GMC Terrain we test drove, I again explained yes we were just waiting on a call back from Matt. Matt finally calls back and acts as if he hadn't told us that he was waiting on finance, he then proceeds to tell me let him check and he'll call us back! So several hours passed and we were out looking at other dealerships so we decided to stop into this dealership we figured in person face to face might spark a fire but nope! We walked in and was greeted and Matt came over and said the exact same thing he's been spewing "let me check with finance" at this point I'm thinking finance is in another country that doesn't have WiFi and can only be communicated by smoke signals because I noticed Matt taking several smoke breaks. Again after sitting there for 45 mins with no acknowledgement except for when we walked in the door! Me and the hubby said it's obvious they don't want our business so we get up and walk out! (This was on Monday) why did they text me yesterday asking if Matt ever got back with me! My response was nope and at this point we've went to another dealership hopefully one of their competitors that treated us politely and respected our time! So no I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone not even Fred Flintstone!

I didn't do that so I didn't know the tires were rotten, the brake pads and rotors needed replaced, and the car (Mazda) got bad miles per gallon because it needed a new O2 sensor. And it had 3 blown speakers. Normal people don't take the time to go through the 150 things needed. Before I went there to look at the car I called and asked if I could put an ODB2 (diagnostic) reader on it - no big deal, any dealer would allow this. But after I bought the car I discovered it was missing a fuse and because of that I could not have known the O2 sensor was bad.

When I went to cancel my "extra special coverage" I get this response from the women who runs that department. LOOKS FOWARD TO LOSING A CUSTOMER. She also told me it takes 60 days to cancel so I could be charged 84$ TWO more times. I had to call me bank and report them as fraudulent on my account to have them blocked. If you are debating buying a car here, or even a bottle of water DM me I'll send you all the proof not to. The mechanic said it shouldn't have even been legal to be on the lot. P.S keep deleting my reviews as someone who runs a business you can only delete so many a month and I'm not going anywhere.

We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue.
