Bought all the warranties with the car. Put 7k cash down and financed the rest, wasn't a cheap car. Noticed before the test drive the tire was very low. Was told by Mike because of the cold mornings we've had (yeah in June) they checked the tire "they put it up and blow air and check it for any leaks" Mikes words. That clearly did NOT happen. Our daughter flew back to VA and we had plans to swap cars in a few weeks. She had one of ours. The car had not been driven for a week. I noticed tire was low again and saw a nail in the tire. So it hadn't really been checked. We fix the tire, then Check engine lights come on, headlight is out and parking break light is flashing, back up camera doesn't work has actually been dismantled. Take it back to Omega and find out the radio has been swapped out, car has a non factory radio. Told by Mike it was an Apple system, which it's not an Apple system. Also previous owner also dismantled the backup camera. Drive it home, engine light comes back on. Take it back. Cancel our trip to swap cars. Try again. Halfway to our trip check engine light comes back on. We drive it to VA not wanting our daughter in it. In VA take it to a Honda dealer, $199 for diagnostics. Multiple parts not Honda. Needs about $1600. worth of work. Multiple parts are not Honda. Honda contacts the warranty to find out what will even be covered. Find out the payment was NOT made to the warranty company so it was cancelled. Mike is supposed to on it with the warranty but we don't even know what's going to be covered. Will our daughter now have to pay an additional $1800, I guess we wait and see. Earlier my husband talked to Mike about the warranty being cancelled; even with Mike knowing the car is again in the shop in VA. There was no apology, no reaction at all. NO I would NOT recommend this dealership. It's has been an absolute disappointment. Had the car not even 1 month, it's something bad every time it gets driven. Which the only time it's been driven is back to the dealership to fix something. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any business dealing. Don't risk it. Find another car. Find another dealership. I wish we would have walked anyway as soon as I saw the flat tire.

As part of the process, I've been to this location of CarMax twice to explore vehicles I found on their website. My needs, because of my disability, are very specific. Unless I try to go to a van (which I considered), I'm mostly looking for a 2-door automatic with enough space that I can slide my wheelchair into the backseat. Simple? Not so much. Coupes aren't trendy these days, and the coupes that are around are either older, high mileage, or way too small for the wheelchair need. If you know this CarMax, you know it's a rather large lot right off the corner of 96th and Gray Road. As you likely know, East 96th Street has several car dealers and it's a great place to start if looking for a car from a Hyundai to a Bentley. CarMax does one of these things I despise, first of all. You can't actually access the lot without sales support. I got the feeling that most people contact them prior to arrival, but I tend to be a "show up" person - that's especially true right now since I'm dependent on a ride and never know when that will happen. When it does, I go. Both times I've been here, I've had specific cars in mind. However, I've also explained my needs. While I accept that wheelchair using drivers are somewhat in the minority, I am always a little baffled when a sales associate can't comprehend the idea of a 2-door automatic. They do exist. When I come on your lot with specific vehicles in mind, simply let me see the vehicles. I got the vibe they felt I was wasting their time. Was this a bad experience? Not really. Was it a good experience? Not really. It was just sort of "meh." Despite a couple visits, I've sort of scratched CarMax off my list. Maybe if I were buying exclusively online, it would be idea. But, as a driver with a wheelchair I just have to know the wheelchair will work. So, I have to show up in person. Once I did that, this place really lost me. I know there are people who swear by CarMax. More power to them, but as someone who needs a little extra in the buying experience this is definitely not a place that seemed to want my business.

What I received was a misrepresented, overpriced vehicle with immediate mechanical problems and no accountability when things went wrong. Within 100 miles, the check engine light came on. The vehicle began misfiring. I immediately contacted the dealership, asked about returning it, and was told there was nothing to worry about. I brought it in for diagnosis and after being told it would be about $6,000, I received a quote for nearly $10,000 for repairs. After questioning, that number dropped to $6,000, then $3,500, then eventually to $0. None of it made sense, and I was given no written explanation of any repairs or warranties. At one point, the dealership returned the vehicle to my home without my consent and left the keys in my mailbox. I still hadn't received documentation or any formal warranty. My trusted mechanic later confirmed that the brakes were dangerously low and the rear suspension needed major repairs--issues that should have been caught before sale. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue respectfully and through the proper channels, including the Indiana Attorney General's office, I was eventually offered $4,000 on the condition that I stay silent and withdraw all complaints. I declined. I spent months in a borrowed vehicle and months without a reliable vehicle, while continuing to make loan payments and pay full insurance coverage. The check engine light has come on again since the supposed repairs were completed. I still don't know exactly what was done to the vehicle or whether it's even safe to drive. Throughout the process, I experienced shifting stories, incomplete records, vague promises, and no real accountability--not just from the local dealership but from Asbury Automotive Group, the publicly traded parent company. This experience has caused enormous stress, wasted time, and financial loss. I am sharing this because I believe consumers deserve transparency and honesty--especially when making major purchases that affect their families and daily lives. I hope this helps someone else avoid the same pain and frustration. I would not recommend doing business with Leo/Bill Estes Lebanon or any affiliated dealership without having everything in writing, verified independently, and fully documented before signing anything.

Also passed on the "free" oil change for an additional $550. When I got home, wifey asked why I paid $1400 extra for exterior coverage. Told her, I declined all additional warranties but sure enough there was my signature. Shame on me for not bringing my attorney with me to review the paperwork. When I found a car that I liked, I was expecting them to not be transparent about the vehicle and then was shocked when they allowed me to take the car to a Lexus dealership for a complete Pre-Purchase inspection. No other dealership would allow such a request. We immediately had to drop at least $10,000 of work into it in THE FIRST MONTH. Since then we've had to put another $10,000 (still in the first 6 months). The work we've had done in the first 6 months -new battery -new spark plugs(this was needed after Indy motors did work on it and did it incorrectly. It caused us to stall out on a major highway in Chicago) -new fuze box -new pistons and lifters -(Indy motors did this and it's already Broken & needs replaced- the shop said they did awful work) -suspension system -transmission (was needed literally the DAY we got it back from the initial repair at Indy motors) -new fuel gasket -exhaust bolts -struts -bad wiring -The Throttle Actuator -grill actuator -mass air flow sensor -catalytic converter- -new tires bc they put on 15 yr old tires on a 7 yr old car They are a complete scam (check their Facebook reviews) and I would not recommend them to anyone. The 2017 suburban we bought looked pristine and ran well on the test drive & three days later it was dead and since then it's been NON STOP problems. They have since ghosted us. They stopped replying & won't answer us. We also recently had a tire POP (again putting my kids in danger) and when we took it to the tire shop they said "where did you get this thing, it has 15 year old tires on it." The car is only 7 years old... Indy motors did fix the initial problem (which is now broken and they said it was done incorrectly and used "junky parts" ) ALSO when the car was delivered back to us from being at Indy motors it immediately needed a new transmission (like the same day we got it back) They have enough bad reviews on Facebook just like this, I'm not the only one. I've asked and asked for a full refund and have been ghosted. When we initially asked them to buy the car back they only would give us 15 for it after we bought it for 22. Make it make sense. They are dishonest, and have put my family in danger more than once. I honestly do not know how they sleep at night scamming young families and putting children in danger. I am almost confident that they KNEW this car was in a flood/ messed with the VIN/ didn't inspect it at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I arrived and the salesman smiles and says, it's gone! He sold the car on Saturday. No call. No first right of refusal. No courtesy. Nothing. This car was a specialty color that is very rare. I was in love with the car and was ready to pay cash on Thursday night, but they wouldn't even discuss it before I got the PPI. That's super fishy. Is it because you were holding it for another buyer? Is it because I'm a young woman? Is it because I'm Black? Doesn't matter. It was wrong. I think it was his smile that sent me over the edge.
