We had to call once for an extra emergency visit and he was here very quickly. Bill has totally recovered so he has been discharged, thanks to the great care he received. My grandmother was referred for wound care, and although they came for two consecutive days, they have not returned since going into on two weeks, due to scheduling. When contacting them, the scheduler claims that no one answers the phone or that appointments were missed, but that is simply not true. My family and I are extremely diligent about my grandmother's care and answer every call, including spam, just to ensure nothing is overlooked. They may want to reconsider their role, as customer service does not appear to be her strength. If you are seeking reliable wound care, I would not recommend this company. Inconsistent scheduling can lead to delayed healing or even further complications, and no family should have to deal with that on top of an already stressful situation.
