Was told that the chef said only the veal francese came with linguine. Told them to review the menu, to which they found it stated linguine. No differentiation for chicken or veal. This dish, for the amount of sauce needed a heartier and thicker pasta. They offered to bring linguine out on its own after the dish was served, but I declined because the linguine would've been better originally with the chicken in the sauce the way that it was supposed to be according to the menu. The dish should have been labeled lasagna meat surprise so when you find a piece of the alleged 3 meats you get a prize. Finally the cost of this wonderful special lasagna $33. For a small Italian restaurant in a shopping center, I was extremely pleasantly surprised. The food was amazingly delicious, I make my own Marinara sauce and their sauce was very comparable. Of course I still think mine is better (ha, ha). My husband got the chicken and broccoli with extra garlic and the Chef got it perfect. The bread and oil with spices was so good, real Italian style. The service was wonderful, the place is nice and clean, the bathroom was clean, which is very important to me. I highly recommend this place, the ambiance is also pleasant. In an assuming strip mall you will find a very lovely Italian restaurant. Homemade pastas, meatballs and a cozy casual atmosphere that the locals obviously flock to. We had decadent homemade meatballs with ricotta filling. A trio of lasagna, chicken parmigiana and spaghetti all house made. Lovely service by Ariela. This is the beginning of " in season " so we made reservations and were grateful we did. Definitely worth checking out if you love homemade pasta and a casual atmosphere. They have a dessert selection too if you can save room. Very nice atmosphere at the east end of a strip mall near Verandah and Fort Myers Shore. Ambiance was delightful, we were greeted and seated immediately. Could easily have a conversation with others even with an open dining room. Our server, Claudette, was Johnny on the spot to take our order and refill our beverages. We both ordered the trio and have plenty of leftovers for additional meals. I ate the meatball and spaghetti and it was excellent. My wife ate the chicken parmigiana and had the same reaction. The chicken parm was tough and hard to chew, the lasagna was not edible with it being cold and tasted like canned sauce added after. Had a wonderful family meal and loved everything we had off their menu. Specialty bar drinks were very good. Appetizers - we tried 2 - their meatballs with ricotta, and their rice balls; both were delicious. As for meals - I had their steak Gorgonzola, which was one of the best meals I've ever had. My wife had their seafoods with pasta and absolutely loved it. My mom had their eggplant parm and it was another winner. And my dad had a fettuccine with chicken meal that he raved about.
