I went for the first time on Tuesday, I left a dress and coat to be washed and cleaned, and I wanted the dress fixed on a small part that came off. They didn't wash or fix my dress I needed it today ready for a wedding! The employee let me know she tried calling me from her private phone not even a voicemail, one the number on file is supposed to be for the location I called Friday to ask if it was ready it was the owners personal number. He told me since he's not there he wouldn't know but if my ticket said Friday it would be ready! Soo if you need to contact someone who left something you make employees call from their phone not the work number. I'm sorry this is horrible customer service I will not be returning. They tell me my coat was going to be ready on Tuesday at 5pm its wasn't at all. Then on Wednesday I when at 5pm my coat wasn't ready at all. I need it to go out town for a week. The new management is not professional. I picked up two of my shirts just to find one with big stains and yellow marks. After unsuccessfully dealing with the employee at the counter, she transferred me to the owner on the phone. He made me come back for two days saying he would be at the store to helped me find a solution. He never showed up or called me or even apologized. In the end he offered to pay me $9 for my son's new shirt that originally cost $45! Come to Casa de Cleaners at your own risk, it will be ok until they mess up and ruin your clothes. Ugh. I'm so mad at myself for taking a chance on this place. I thought "it used to get decent reviews ...why not". This place is conveniently located close to my house and thought it would save me a little trouble of going to the guy I typically go to downtown (who does an amazing job and is less expensive) but please don't waste your time or much or jeopardize any clothes you might like. I picked up my dry cleaning this morning. Pants, blouses, dress , jackets... and I see my pants are ruined . They're burnt AND have stains on them that were not there before I dropped them off. Best cleaners ever! :) I bring a lot of drycleaning as well as things that need to get altered. This is a family run business and the owner/counter lady is super nice and helpful. Just make sure you always mention any stains you might have on your clothes and what they might be to ensure that they don't miss them when cleaning. The only downside is parking. Although they have a little lot on 3rd street it is a little hard to get out of, so i'd advise you to park curbside and run in really quick. Price wise, I think their prices are extremely fair and when i bring a huge load in...sometimes she gives me a little extra discount :) All in all i'm a loyal customer and would recommend them to anyone. read more

I have been coming here for about a year now. I go through a lot of dress shirts for work, so I drop off 30-40 shirts, along with random pants, sweaters, and such every few weeks. I always get my shirts laundered and pressed instead of dry cleaning to save the expense. They had a great deal for $2.50 per shirt. At the beginning of the year, I noticed a big spike on costs. They increased their price 20% for laundered shirts from $2.50 to $2.99! With the amount of shirts I get cleaned, this is a big increase. I complained to the owner and haggled a little and he agreed to give me a 10% discount so he could keep my business. I agreed. The problem is that the lady that works there gives me a hard time every time I pick up my laundry and I have to complain to get my discount. Also, she is always rude to my girlfriend when she drops them off. Today, once again, I go in to pick up my clothes and the lady doesn't give me my discount. She said that my discount is only for dry cleaned clothes and not laundered. I have NEVER had a shirt dry-cleaned there so how was I getting a discount in the past? I was, and am fed up! I told her that I am done. For as much business I have done with them, I should be welcomed with open arms but I am forced to beg for my stupid discount. I told her I will be calling the owner AGAIN, and I would put this on Yelp. Done! I'll take my business to a cleaner who appreciates a loyal customer. See ya! read more

This was my go-to cleaner's, stopping by at least twice a week. Not too long ago I came to pick up a white shirt and they said they didn't have it. I showed the receipt yet they insisted that I never dropped it off. I politely requested a refund but the young man at the desk proceeded to argue with me for about ten minutes about business ethics and a bunch of other nonsense. Needless to say I will not be going g back. It is the closest cleaner's to me, but they are more expensive. Avoid this place. read more

Took in my uniforms for cleaning and press and They certainly pressed them but didn't clean them at all they were still dirty and still smelled like sweat. Why have a dry cleaning business but not do any cleaning? For the service that I received, it was very over priced. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I went in to alter my pants because they were just a tad too long but I should have stepped away as soon as I saw them measuring it by hand but decided to continue and ignore my insecurities but about 3 days later when I picked up my pants, they were way too short. read more

He is relatively young compared to other dry cleaners' owners, which means he is energetic and pays attention to details. Unlike Nelson, I'm very happy with the alteration work I had done: I have a rather expensive pair of Navy blue slacks which no longer fit well after I lost weight. I had to tie them up under a long over-blouse or tunic because they sagged so much, When I showed their seamstress the bad fit, she nodded and took measurements at the waist, hip, inseam, and overall length.
