I called the restaurant, and without hesitation they apologized and offered to personally deliver the pancake to my house. Before they arrived, I realized it had actually been in the bag the whole time. The owner was incredibly kind and still brought the pancake over anyway. It's rare to find that level of care and kindness these days. The food was amazing, and the customer service was even better. We'll definitely be coming back and ordering again. Highly recommend!
