This is a relatively new business in town so I decided to support and I was not let down. The food was good. The service was good. The ambience was friendly. Will go back again. (they received four stars because they didn't have any hot sauce for my calamari.)

I ordered the Alfredo and my noodles were overcooked. My fiancé ordered meat sauce and added shrimps. His noodles were cooked perfectly! Not sure why there was a discrepancy there. Since we went on a Sunday we got to choose a free soup or salad. Overall, I would go again but maybe try a different noodle and sauce combo. Love the interior decoration, great for date night since it's pretty dim. The server was super attentive and friendly!

A great new addition to Patterson! The food was fantastic, service was great, and overall experience was extremely positive. Highly recommend this new spot!

Absolutely loved the food!! Everything was served fresh! The service was great!! We were immediately seated and served with a basket of break paired with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. I ordered the pappardelle with a la vodka sauce and topped it off with burrata.

My family's new favorite restaurant in Patterson is Casa di Salvatore! We have a love of Italian cuisine and desserts, which this place serves with excellent taste and quality. We love the pasta selections, especially fettuccine with grilled chicken, and the old standby, spaghetti with meat sauce. The service is outstanding and genuinely friendly. The ambiance is quiet and cozy, and we had a wonderful date night. 10/10 new restaurant experience.

WOW! A gem for sure! We had calamari and the Salvatore burger and everything was incredible. Super cute inside and sweet staff! You have to try this place!

Overall pretty small dining area but Gustine isn't a big city so didn'texpect a ton of seating. Menu is displayed on a couple of monitors in the wall as you come in. The pasta is cooked in an open kitchen right behind the counter as you order. Pretty neat to be able to watch them make your order. Ordered the Volcanic Fettuccine because who doesn't like a spicy Italian dish right? Got it in a bread bowl with added chicken so cost was just shy of 20 bucks because of the upgrades. Didn't end up eating on site because it was really close to closing time for them and didn't want to be "that guy" so took my order home. The fettuccine was really good, cooked well, and the sauce was actually spicy. Not as spicy as I was hoping it would be, but it did have a nice kick. I'd definitely have it again. Overall, nice family run place with home made pasta. Would have ordered a pizza, but they ran out of pizza dough, since it is house made they don't have any extra in the fridge/freezer like you'd expect at a lot of places. If you are in the Gustine area looking for some really good home made pasta check them out. Definitely worth the drive.

Whether it's a special occasion or a casual lunch on the way to our home in Sonora, this is our favorite place to go when we want to pamper ourselves. Dining is a social experience for us, and we always look forward to the warm and friendly staff who always make us feel at home. Lunch or dinner is always an absolute delight. The Lemon Chicken Soup... Oh my. Everything is freshly made, including their wonderful soft bread rolls and scrumptious deserts. She gave good suggestions when we asked for assistance about the offerings which was appreciated. Our food was delivered nice and hot. We could tell she brought it as soon as it was plated. After that, the experience slowed down quite a bit. When ordering, the new menu was confusing. Everything is now essentially à la carte -- you order a meat or sandwich and then choose a side at an additional cost. We ordered one 3-meat combo with garlic fries, one 2-meat combo with mac & cheese, a tri-tip sandwich with garlic fries, another sandwich with regular fries, and a large onion ring for the table. There was also confusion about sides. We initially asked for a large garlic fry with the combo and were told it only came with a small side, but also that the side wasn't included in the price. The ordering process felt unclear for both us and the server. Food took about 25 minutes to arrive. During that time, we had to ask multiple staff members for utensils and condiments (BBQ sauce, ketchup, ranch, and Tabasco). We asked three different times before receiving them, and by then the fries were mostly gone. Food quality was mixed. The sandwiches and sides were actually very good, and the tri-tip was flavorful. However, the smoked BBQ meats were very dry and the house BBQ sauce was not appealing. The dining room was also quite cold during our visit. Our total bill was about $200 for four people. At that price point, we expected stronger service and more consistent food quality. The restaurant used to be a favorite when we first moved to Patterson 8 years ago, so this visit was disappointing. I hope they work out the menu clarity and service issues because the potential is still there.

I really love how they play Italian old fashioned music, it really adds to the romantic dining experience. The indoor decor is very classic/traditional hardwood tables and chairs with lovely + colorful paintings on the wall that add a lot of character to the room. We were so excited to come to an authentic Italian restaurant. We decided to start with the Burrata con Prosciutto as an appetizer and it was lovely. The flavor is great and it is definitely pretty feeling and satisfying. For my main course, I ordered the Fettuccine al Pescatore it was delicious. The seafood was cooked perfectly and added a great taste to the pasta. The fettuccini pasta is definitely super filling it's so thick and hearty. (I wish they would also have thin noodles available for this dish as well because the thick noodles can be a bit much.) We also got another dish (can't remember the name sorry) but it was SO YUMMY and packed with tons of flavor. We especially loved the sauce omg! The taste of the sauce is unexplainable, but it paired amazingly with the bread + cheese from our Burrata con Prosciutto appetizer. Highly recommend. Overall I would definitely suggest Maurizios as a lovely romantic dinner spot, or a great quality authentic Italian meal for your family. The quality of food is great and the prices are pretty reasonable. I will say one thing that they could improve upon is, the host stand is right behind the door in the restaurant and its placement is very awkward/strange. While checking in with the hostess, the door almost got us! lol. This should definitely be moved/changed. Other than the host stand being too close to the door, I will say the restaurant is also very small so it may feel cramped when there's a lot of people dining in. (not something fixable but definitely worth noting.) Still highly recommend. :)
