The store itself is large with plenty of seating, plus both men's and women's restrooms with multiple stalls and no entry codes (always appreciated on a road trip). Despite being very busy with a packed café, lots of mobile orders, and a long drive-thru line, the staff was pleasant, efficient, and organized. Definitely a solid stop if you need caffeine and a comfortable break from the road. Our drinks were ready within minutes and I especially loved their order status board which I've never seen before in a Starbucks!

I also ordered the calamari appetizer and this was a disappointment all around. There was way too much breading on every piece of calamari, and it was overall such a small portion I feel ripped off. I went back and explained I didn't order a frappuccino. She kept asking, "So you want a mocha over ice?" Yes--that's what I ordered in the first place. That said, as a local resident, the experience has been frustrating more often than not. Their posted hours say they're open until 2 PM, but in reality, they're usually sold out by around 10 AM. It makes it really difficult to plan a visit unless you go very early, which isn't always realistic for everyone. If the shop consistently sells out that early, it would be helpful to either adjust the hours or increase production so more people actually have a chance to buy something. Because this is the only donut option in town, it would be nice to have a more reliable experience--or even some competition to give residents a bit more choice. Again, I respect that it's a small, family-owned spot, but as it stands, it's hard to depend on them if you're not there first thing in the morning. Please try to work on this sunshine. I would hate for a chain donut store to come to this town, but at the end of the day i would take consistent service over anything.
