Although a lot of their drink options sounded delicious, I went with the iced Maria Maria. I got the opportunity to chat a bit with one of the Marias and she was very kind, along with the other two team members. The prices are average, with my drink coming out to about $6. One disclaimer is that I don't drink coffee much, so I can't speak about the quality of the coffee taste but overall I loved the drink, mostly because it wasn't too strong or sweet but did have a very creamy taste. In addition, they do add a Maria cookie, which is very nostalgic for me. Although the line was very long, they were very efficient with just 3 people and do get our orders at a timely manner. I am looking forward to the next time I see them again to try more of their stuff. They do post their schedule of where they will be on their instagram page at the start of each week.

I visited the mobile horse trailer or cart on Tuesday, 8/12/25, at Miriam Hospital on the corner of 7th Ave and Summit Ave in Providence, RI. There is street parking available. At 6:30am, they helped their first customer. I was probably about tenth in line. I ordered the coco-quipe latte from their summer menu. This late is infused with rich arequipe and creamy coconut. It is blended with 2% milk (they didn't have whole milk) and crowned with a fluffy vanilla cold foam and a sprinkle of shredded coconut. Unfortunately, I was expecting the arequipe and coconut flavors to be stronger and I do not think I got shredded coconut on top of it. As I drank more of the latte, it did taste better. The staff members were very friendly and talking to all the customers. It didn't take long for my drink to be ready. I'm glad I had the opportunity to try Maria Maria Coffee Bar.

Onto the Italian cookie package, they were either hard or dry, no flavor at all. Now I hear there is new owners, this is a surprise but explains the service or lack there of and maybe the quality. It's a shame that a lifelong customer like myself will not be coming back when I'm in town.

I was sad to see that the toasted coconut is no longer an option and was surprised that no one seemed to order the red velvet one. Any latte can be whipped for $2. My drink came to $9 and became the most expensive small latte I've ever paid for. I also ordered one of their Cowboy cookies and regret not buying another. It's like a kitchen sink cookie with a sweet and salty mix. The cookie butter flavor didn't stand out in the actual latte, but the whipped was thick, sweet, and delicious. It's worth doing to experience why this place has become so viral, but I wouldn't be able to justify it on a regular basis. I'm happy to see this small business succeed and expand.

Ordered the breakfast sandwich and that tomato jam needs to be illegal. Sweet, savory, slightly tangy -- it completely makes the sandwich. I kept trying to figure out how to recreate it at home. Not happening. Crispy chicken sandwich was properly seasoned and not dried out (why is that so hard for some places?). Fries were solid too -- crispy, not limp. And the kale salad with roasted chickpeas and chicken made me feel like I had my life together. Fresh, simple, and actually satisfying. It's one of those places you stumble into while traveling and then immediately start googling whether you can justify going back the next day.

In honor of Valentine's Day, Rise 'N Shine Coffee Bar had a drink called Matcha made in heaven from 2/1-2/29/25. The drink was truly a match made in heaven with matcha and Munroe Dairy's strawberry milk. It was delicious and I got it multiple times when it was available! Strawberry and matcha works really well together. Most places that have strawberry matcha use a strawberry jam, but Rise 'N Shine Coffee Bar uses strawberry milk and it's soooooo good!!! I've also gotten the Blue Skies Matcha one time and the Gardener multiple times. For friends, they have gotten the Blueberry Pancake Latte from the spring menu and In a Nutshell for friends. They really enjoyed it. I am assuming The Blueberry Pancake Latte did really well because it was still available in the summer. Besides drinks, Rise 'N Shine Coffee Bar also offer pastries. I've gotten the Knead vanilla glazed and strawberry pop tart donuts. Both were fresh and very good. Don't hesitate and go and visit Rise 'N Shine Coffee Bar! Staff are friendly and drinks are aesthetically pleasing. There was one time the staff forgot my drink order, but it only happened that one time and it never happened again the multiple times I've revisited.
