As a former employee at casa Garcias since 2021 , I am absolutely devastated and shocked at how unfair I was treated as a person and worker . I started at the William cannon location then transferred to Kyle . When I first started there it was LIT ! Michael would take us next door on the clock to take shots more when the longhorns were playing , we would get so drunk i thought it was laid back if the manager lets us drink , let's drink !! It was a consecutive routine . I was questioned about this and LIED to cover his ass . Well the manager gets arrested at work for a 3time DWI warrant and after that we weren't aloud to go next door anymore to wicked wings . Michale is the old bald guy that got one of his servers pregnant smh. Victor was being accused of stealing money from me as a host and when I was questioned about it I had nothing but good things to say. Victor always puts his girlfriend Angelita in the best section and makes sure she gets sat the most and makes the most money and while everyone complained about that I said nothing . I filed sexual harassment January 21st on a coworker for grabbing my private parts and on the kitchen manager Sergio for asking me personal questions and being super unprofessional. As soon as I turned him down for the 3rd time I told him I was going to corporate to report him but he jumped on the phone a reported me first for not " listening " . I was sent home without anyone hearing my side of the story when I did NOTHING WRONG TO THIS MAN but tell him I was going to report him . My next scheduled shift Lillian with corporate came in telling me to respect my managers all while pointing her finger in my face and I told her I had a statement written up for Nick and Jay Garcia and gave it to her to turn in . She then raised her hand in my face AGAIN and told me to respect this man . I told her there was harassment about him in the letter and she questioned him , he said he hasn't , and she YELLED AT ME to respect him . I asked for the letter back because at that point I felt the letter was in the wrong hands . She taunted me about the letter when I asked for it back she shook her head no and said " nope , nope , nope , " MIND YOU there's full blown detailed sexual harassment in this letter . I was livid , SHE HAD ME SUSPENDED THAT DAY . I turned the letter in myself to corporate and poor Juana was fired but guess what Nick Garcia told me about the kitchen manager Sergio " is he still doing it ? " " no ? " " okay then he's a rookie leave him alone ! " . The Garcias have always done right by me until this very situation and I'm embarrassed for even expressing what was done to me. I communicated my schedule with my managers that I have 3 kids in 2 different schools and live in Austin driving to Kyle every morning I can't be there at 8 am why can't I get a late start at 9 am like they did for other people there ? Instead they took away every shift I was late and cut me down to 2 days a week . I had a sit down with corporate ONCE AGAIN and the same people I CUT FOR AND LIED FOR , my Gms , had nothing good to say about me and said I was unreliable . WOW I am a single parent , a provider and a damn hard worker . I did not deserve this AT ALL !!! This is why people STAY QUIET and don't report sexual harassment because of how people treat them AFTER ! If anyone reads this please SAY SOMETHING!! I Quit !!! read more

First off let me just say the food is Almost always good---BUT---service is the worst ever. On several different ocassions I had taken family and friends to this place an service has always been below average--so yesterday my friends and I decided to go try Casa Garcia's AGAIN and we sat in the bar area and after about 10 minute a server came over to FINALLY see if we wanted anything---DUH--we ordered drinks which took probably about 10 more minute for them when the bartender informed us that she had along list of drinks before us--almost felt like we were bothering them by being there--we had to go ask for baskets of chips which where mostly crumbs and finally my friend got up and went to ask if we could place an order for food--he was given a nasty look and finally we were able to order food--and believe me the server had a HORRIBLE attitude!!!! I have always had wonderful food at this place if they could just train their staff to treat every customer as if they were the only ones in there---needless to say we left NO tip!!!!!! read more

I was pleasantly surprised with the staff who was very accommodating despite the busy holiday this Father's Day. All, from the host to our very kind waitress, made my father-in-law very welcomed, comfortable and we enjoyed the great food at Casa Garcia on his special day. My husband and I, yours truly every Saturday morning for breakfast, constantly brag to our families about how we love living in Kyle because we have Casa Garcia. I am so glad that they finally opened a Casa Garcia's out here. I am a regular at their Wm. Cannon location. This new location is definately awesome. They have two very nice patio's. Can't wait for the weather to get cooler. The decor is beautiful and the food and drinks are great like always. The waitstaff continuously checks on you to make sure that all your needs are taken care off. The Kyle Buda area really need a nice Mexican Restaurant out here. read more

This restaurant was so yummy. The enchiladas were on point and the bar was fully stocked for a good brunch! My husband and I loved the salsa that was served and the margaritas were out of this world. The only thing was that it seemed everyone else knew how good this place was and we ended up waiting about 30 min for a table for 2. So I recommend calling ahead of it's possible. Other than that recommended for anyone in the area craving some Mexican food. read more

I called and confirmed that the outdoor patio would be available to eat at the next morning. Showed up with several friends (some who were immune-compromised) and were told that we could not eat outside because it would be slower service. Told them we didn't mind slower service, but eating inside was not an option. Ended up with a large group trying to find a different place to eat. Don't say you can accommodate a large group outside if you can't! read more

We went outside to have a drink. We were told it was a 15 minute wait. We waited over 30 minutes. The manager was upfront helping the hostess. We stood outside and waited for a very long time. An Empty table was never bussed the next table over was clean but nobody was sitting at it. What a poor managed place. I hate to give them one star but it's not against the restaurant it's self it's overall. I've been trying for over 2 weeks to get in touch with someone with catering and never received a call or an email in return. I even gave it some time to get a response back and nothing. My family and I were working with their previous chef which left the company and now their service has been terrible since they have made some changes. read more

They come out with the black blister marks and great hearty texture that reminds me of when my grandma would make tortillas. I most always go in and order to-go but have dined in a few times. The service is always tip top every time. I have never had a bad interaction here and the staff is always friendly. Outside of breakfast tacos the other Tex-Mex fare is really good as well. They have beer and liquor as well. So if you want a beer or marg with your meal, you are set. This place is just a gem of a mom and pop shop that delivers the Tex-Mex goods. Oh and they have a drive-thru as well.

The food was delicious with big portions and excellent service (you are AWESOME, Jewel) and all of the staff is so friendly!!!! I felt like I was eating with family as I could tell everyone was regulars there. The food was piping hot, fresh homemade tortillas, quality ingredients and was served fast! Their music selection was great too! We will DEFINITELY be back!!!!

The atmosphere is fun, and I will say it can be noisy. I will say, it feels like there was a change in staff or management recently. Didn't feel the food was as amazing as before, but it wasn't horrible. And, the service has definitely been lacking a bit lately. Of all the Mexican restaurant in town, this one rates in the middle for us. There's a couple others we would much rather go to. Don't let this review keep you from dropping in for a meal. Maybe recently when we went was just a bad day.
