What a great company! I have a rental in Arizona and needed a Water Heater replaced and was overwhelmed with all the choices of plumbers in Apache Junction area alone. It's hard to know these days who you can trust. I called Rescue Plumbing Services and was warmly greeted by staff. They were able to get a hold of the next available plumber to go look at the problem that day! The plumber called me and explained that my water heater might be under warranty. I first thought that warranties are a waste of time, but the plumber assured me that it was easy. He wanted to see if he can save me money. Wow! What great service! Enrique was awesome, I explained our situation of having a plumber out every 6 months to a year after moving in. The previous plumbers snaked the line, felt like they got whatever was causing the issue and left. Enrique laid out his plan of putting a camera down the lines first to see what we were dealing with. Once he did that we knew we had blockages of grease so he hydro jetted the lines (some multiple times). After hydro jetting, he ran the camera through one more time to make sure we were happy with the job before leaving. Enrique did an excellent job of explaining his plan, of keeping me informed all along the way, and making sure we were happy with his work before leaving - I know a couple of other plumbers that could learn a lesson from you. Yes, it cost much more than running a snake through the line, but Rescue Plumbing Services actually solved the problem so money well spent. I called Rescue and told them my water hose to the refrigerator was broken. They said they could fix it and gave me a reasonable cost. They came out, confirmed the leak, and repaired it. (They DID NOT test to see if water was flowing to the ice maker). They advised that the water hose be replaced and that the water be turned off until it was replaced. The technician had to get under the sink when he came out to replace the hose. He removed my old RO system and insisted on disposing of it. I told him I could do that, and would have recycled it, but he insisted. He also tied up a hose under the sink which I told him my brother could do. Again, he did NOT test the water flow to the refrigerator! Later I realized there was no water to the dispenser or to the ice tray. I told the technician not to come out again unless he had a fix and requested for the 3rd time a receipt. I was finally told it was a refrigerator problem. This should have been discovered on the first visit!!!! And, when I finally got a receipt, they charged me $70 for the hose and disposing of the RO!!!. The original charge is fine, but the additional $225 would have helped this 80+ grandmother to pay someone who could have repaired the problem! read more

They were able to come out the same day when our septic backed up and looked things over and recommended to wait until after we got the septic tank pumped out to not waste money. Once I remembered where the other cleanout was in the house I had them come back out and snake the pipes anyways and they were able to clear the blockage caused by our septic tank needing to be pumped. I had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. My main water line was leaking, I called them in the morning and they came out the same day to give me an estimate which was the lowest of 4 estimates I got. They were able to schedule and complete the work the next day. They were very courteous and professional, and I was impressed they tested all the house water fixtures to make sure water pressure was OK. The work required them to go under the house, in which they discovered 2 leaks. I was so pleased with the work Enrique and his son did replacing the main water line, I hired them to fix the 2 leaks. I needed the shutoff valve replaced in the bathroom sink, the plumbing under the sink and the faucet replaced. I was trying to DIY it myself, but failed.
