The avocado is probably my favorite since I'm an avocado lover with the taste and texture. Other favorites are the street tacos where it comes with three tacos and the rice and beans. These tacos are quite large so it's not the traditional mexican street tacos with the onions/cilantro on the miniature tortillas. They are also packed and I mean PACKED with proteins; I've only gotten the al pastor cause I keep coming back to it. Dear Customer Service,…read more I am writing to file a complaint regarding my experience at the Chili's restaurant in Silsbee on Saturday, May 30, 2026. During my visit, I felt that my order was not handled fairly and that I was treated differently because of my race. My food was not served properly, and I believe I experienced discriminatory treatment from the staff. In addition, I accidentally left my AirPods at the restaurant. When I returned to ask if they had been found, I was told that they had been thrown in the garbage. I was very disappointed by this response, especially since lost items are typically kept in a lost-and-found area. I also spoke with the manager about both concerns. However, instead of helping resolve the situation, I was not allowed to enter the restaurant to discuss the matter further. This made the experience even more upsetting. I respectfully request that this incident be investigated and that I receive a response regarding the treatment I experienced and the handling of my lost AirPods.
