It's spacious with restaurants, working out facilities, game rooms, etc. When I first visited it, I was given a personal tour by their sales manager. What a wonderful lady. Very knowledgeable, and very easy to speak with. Whether looking for yourself, or for loved ones, it's the place you should consider before making a decision.

There is SO much going on there from outings, to exercise classes, movies, church (If that's your thing,) a pizza oven and beautiful gardens. Every person, be they doctors, nurses, staff, aids, food service, cleaning, etc., I came in contact with was courteous and professional. There was one area that was disappointing. The food. Everything tasted as if came packaged. Nothing tasted fresh. After two full days of laying in my bed, I was taken to the physical rehab area, The therapists showed much compassion as they were working with people that had severely compromised health conditions. One of the therapists asked me, "Why are you here?". My condition did not require me being placed in such a high need facility. I arrived on Tuesday afternoon. I checked myself out on Friday afternoon.

I left crying I couldn't even sleep thinking about the horrible feeling smell and stuffiness of that place ...days later Without the facility letting us know they quietly took him to the emergency room without letting any family members any information my dad was unconscious in ICU NON RESPONSIVE!!! why what happened still till this day 4 weeks later he's here and nobody has reached out to us from French Park

From the front office, administration, care givers, cleaning crew, kitchen and activities crew THE MOST CARING AND COMPASSIONATE, I have yet to find someone that is not that way. My father passed just a few days ago and all the out pouring of attention that Mom and the family has received from Meridian staff has been incredible. My has decided not to move out with any of us, we wanted to take her with us, we are all good children to her I promise ; but she decided that she feels so comfortable there that wants to stay. Better compliment than that of a resident having the choice to stay or leave and yet wants to stay can't be found. Thank you Meridian staff from my siblings and I we are eternally grateful to you for the compassion you shown to my dad and the love and attention you continue to give to my mom.
