After the initial face cleanse, she analyzed my skincare and pretty much talked me through the process of the facial and made recommendations based on my skin. My whole experience was very relaxing and I even fell asleep for a couple of minutes. My skin was rough and dry coming in, and is now soft and plump. I definitely plan on coming back.
