Had a hydrafacial with Jessie and her hands are very gentle and relaxing! She's very thorough with the cleaning, extractions, and massage however the name of the treatment was a little misleading. While I really did enjoy the facial here, I was expecting a Hydrafacial- as the name implies. I've had many official Hydrafacials in the past so I was expecting the same: the machine is different, the process of using the suction machine is very short and if I were to rename the facial, id probably just call it a basic care/acne facial. I've seen other med spas/skin care clinics call this machine/service a Hydrofacial to clarify that it is not the official Hydrafacial brand I made the drive out all the way from BH because I heard great things about the estheticians/services here but I think my satisfaction rate would've been higher if I didn't have expectations of a Hydrafacial. All the estheticians are great! They are all SUPER thorough with extractions - without scarring! They really understand the skin. Throughout the times I've been coming here, their recommendations (according to my skin condition) have never failed me! My go-to esthetician is Jessie. She speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Best extraction facial here! I have been to numerous facial extraction spots and this place is the best! I used to have oily/combination skin with tones of white heads on my face. I have only had a few facials, but this was the best experience I've ever had. I brought a friend and we had one room to ourselves. We decided to go with the basic facials which were around $79. The estheticians were so friendly and gentle with our skin. They were also incredibly thorough, took their time with the extractions, cleaned up our brows, and there was some light massaging on the neck/shoulders/arms. At some point, I felt so relaxed that I fell asleep. I also liked that they customized our facials by using whatever face mask that would work best on our skin. My friend had also added a leg waxing service and she had a lot of in-grown hair, but they took care of it quickly. It was also refreshing to not have the staff pressure us about purchasing memberships or additional services like other salons. The gentlemen asked me to write my name on the check-in board and he checked my temperature. There is only one changing room/restroom so you have to wait to change into a towel if there are other customers in there. Michelle came to get me and I was in a private room so I changed in there. The basic facial price went up to $75 now, which is what I got. With covid-19, I didn't want to buy a package this time. Michelle was gentle and I was able to relax. I fell asleep during the last part of facial (mask). I was snoring and woke myself up twice within that 45 min. Total was about 1 hour and 45 min. Heather sold the business to another employee who runs the business similarly, prices only increased slightly over the years to match inflation. Getting a package facial is the best deal, but if it's your first time maybe just try it our first. You get your face cleaned and steamed for hydration and to open up your pores, then extraction (beauty is pain, I felt like she was boring into my skull) then an ice cold cooling mask to help calm your skin down after all the probing. I have naturally super dry skin which is exacerbated by winter and found that the facials help. They speak English and both Cantonese and Mandarin. Plenty of parking since it's strip mall lot. I love to pamper myself with a nice facial every so often. It's a great way to decompress and detoxify your skin at the same time. My family has been coming to Heather's Beauty for years (since it was owned by Heather or "Si-Wah"). It just changed ownership a couple years ago and the new owner Jessie is a really sweet lady. I highly recommend her or Michelle for your facials as they're both very thorough. I used to have a lot of little bumps on the side of my cheeks, but once I started going religiously (every 1-2 months) my skin and complexion significantly improved. I must forewarn you, the pain from the extractions can be quite excruciating! The more consistent you are though, the less painful it will be. The facial treatment starts with a wipe down of any makeup on your face. They then massage your face and upper body while you lay under the facial steamer to allow your pores to unclog. Then the extractions begin and will take anywhere from 15-30 minutes depending on how much acne you have. After the extractions, they'll finish off with a nice and cooling collagen mask, which alleviates the inflammation. Takes about 2 hours total, but it's worth every minute and you will definitely see and feel a dramatic difference even immediately after the facial. A regular facial is $60, but with the collagen treatment it is $75. Since I go pretty frequently, I opted for the membership package. It was $305 for 5 collagen facials, which comes out to $61 each time. Best money ever spent! My skin has never felt more soft and supple. I've struggled with acne since teenage years. That phrase I've typed way too many times. But it's true. When I say acne, I don't mean ProActive-commercial acne. They aren't just one or two pimples. I break out randomly: stress, chocolate, carbs, lack of exercise, too much exercise, over-washing, not washing enough. I've tried all the remedies to the list above. Cutting out foods, sleeping early, meditation, using gentle cleansers, using harsh cleansers, and even Accutane. I've never tried consistently going to an esthetician, though. As a guy, I had this stupid idea that I didn't need to go to one; that it's girly. Well, I can only say that I regret not doing it sooner. Heather's is staffed by wonderful Chinese ladies. I point out their ethnicity because I do feel that certain ethnicities require certain types of cleaning products and routines. I'm Chinese and my skin is fair but prone to scaring. The cleansers I need can't be too strong or I'll dry out and flake. And the ladies at Heather's understand this. In fact, I can tell the lack of harsh chemicals by the smell of the face wash they use on me. They are incredibly attentive and thorough. One basic facial includes washing, massaging, steam, and extracting. It totals around 2 hours of extensive tedious work. I've never been so satisfied with an Esthetician before. I've been to a couple before Heather's but they were very cut and dry. I was so excited, I bought a pack of 10 facials for around $500 which means $50 each. So far, my skin has had a drastic turn for the better. I use to have 5 pimples a day for no reason. Now, I only get about 1 small pimple every week or so. I still have 6 facials left so I'm ecstatic about what the results will be. I will probably purchase more facial packages when I'm done with my current one. read more

After being referred by a friend who has been seeing Jessie for years, I scheduled an appointment with her. I have been seeing her for several months now for the collagen and hydrafacial combo. Previously, I have had facials done with other estheticians, but the prices were steep, extractions were painful, and left my face very inflamed after. With Jessie, I noticed that there has been a big difference in my then dehydrated, sensitive, and redness-prone skin; it is now more radiant and plump. I have also noticed having less redness, less use of heavy make up, and fewer breakouts. Her extractions are quick, and she makes the process as painless as possible. Jessie is usually booked and busy during the weekend, but she makes sure to spend time on you and not rush through the facial and mini massage. I've popped my cherry and it was sooooo painful!. I have never had a facial before, so I was petrified at the idea of someone prodding at my face with a bunch of shiny sharp tools. Pretty easy getting an appointment if you go during the week. Note: The staff speaks broken English so it might be a little difficult communicating with them, but they're super nice. They start you off with a gentle cl ease and face massage. I personally did not enjoy the massage, I could see how some people might like it, but I don't like the feeling of oily hands massaging my face. I felt like a very obese person was groping my face. X_x Next was the steam and then the extractions. I thought "this isn't so bad" UNTIL she got to the area around my eyes. It was sooOOooo painful. The U.S. military should add Facial extractions to their list of interrogation tactics, I'M SURE they'll finally get the location of where Osama is hiding. It's like someone doing dental work on your skin. The beautician was also very meticulous, making sure she got EVERY single pore. Overall, I'm not sure I would do it again. I'm on day 3 of the healing process and don't really notice any improvements, but then again my skin wasn't bad to start with. So I came here my 2nd time (after reading Yelp reviews). It was still awesome! Definitely the go-to-place for deep blackhead extractions. The entire session is approximately 2.5 hours. They cleanse, exfoliate, extract the oil from your face using this Clarisonic-like brush, extract what seems to be every single blackhead from your face, pluck stray hairs from your eyebrows, then puts on a mask. You can choose the $50 moisturizer mask, or the $75 collagen mask. I always get the $75 one because it's supposed to help heal your face faster. While they all these steps, they also give you a neck and shoulder massage. At the end, you receive a quick back massage. I've gotten a facial at other places, but come here if you need to do some deep extractions. After I get them done, my face literally heals in 2 days. Then my face is COMPLETELY clear for a month! No joke! No pimples whatsoever! It's amazing! Ambiance: It's not a luxurious spa place. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton. It's still clean but definitely a bit disappointing (as expected from an Asian place). It gets loud sometimes, so don't expect a relaxing treatment unless you go in the morning. When I was there, they vacuumed the floor and the manager talked to someone on the phone loudly in Cantonese. They currently have 1 full time worker, and 2 part-time workers, who are all licensed to do facials. Most of their clients are through Yelp, and the business has been running for 20 years. (I found this out through my facialist Jessie). Minus 1 star because sometimes it's annoying to talk to the manager because his english is so bad. I always have to ask him to repeat himself. I noticed though that they hired a part-time employee who speaks english perfectly, so hopefully you get her when you call to make an appointment, or if you want to buy a package. 6/28/21 - they're open again! I went in for a regular facial ($75) but decided to try out a more advanced one for $105 because the experience really exceeded my expectations. I had Ivy, she was amazing from beginning to finish. She was thorough and careful with the extractions, my skin was really in need of this after a full year of no facials. The facial also included a small massage and she even cleaned up some stray hairs around my eyebrows. I highly recommend the salon, especially Ivy. read more

I loved the extractions Renee did tho, in comparison to Jesse's extractions, It's like Renee gets down to level 2 of the problem, and Jesse deals with only the first layer. Regardless, Jesse does extract the visible pimples without leaving ANY scarring, and I am able to leave the spa and still show my face in public! =D I even took my younger sister there with me on my 2nd visit, she compared it to 2 other places (including Skin Resolutions) and agrees completely with my analysis. I really regret coming here. Had a mediocre facial the other day. I didn't catch the name of the aesthetician who worked on me because she was late to work and when she did arrive, she rushed to do the facial. Why make appointments if you can't even make it to work on time? When she did finally arrive, there were no apologies or anything. The facial felt very rushed and inattentive. I also think she was too rough during her massage. There was nothing gentle or soothing about those hands. The experience itself was horrible. It was very noisy during the facial with the door wide open so you can hear all noise and conversations going on outside. They didn't even dim the lights. It was so bright in there. It was NOT a relaxing experience. Also, they try really hard to make you upgrade your regular facial to a collagen one. They really want to make that extra money. Even when I was booking my appointment, they recommended I do the collagen facial but they didn't even know anything about me or my skin! How can they make that recommendation? That's when I should've known this is a sketchy place. DON'T FALL FOR IT. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I also didn't like the fact that you don't get a private room. The room with the 4 beds is awkward. You can't even change in there. You have to change in the bathroom and then walk across the hall to the room. When you want to change again, you have to walk back across the hall. There's only 1 bathroom to change in so if there's someone in there, you have to stand outside in the hallway with your robe. After visiting Endless Beauty for the 3rd time today, I thought I would leave a fair review. The ladies here are very sweet and welcoming. I've gotten a facial and microdermabrasion and I love them both. I always leave feeling like I have glowing, radiant skin that boosts my confidence. I would definitely recommend this place. A great little find in the San Gabriel Valley. I live on the Westside so I usually go to high end salons on the Westside, but I thought I would try someone out close to work. I am so glad I did. This is the prime example of how you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. It's not fancy, but it's clean and they do a great job. I highly recommend getting a facial. But be prepared to be there for awhile. The girls take their time and are super thorough. I'm so exicted to have found a great place so close to my work. I'll be coming back again soon!
