Elizabeth clarified that she is taking new customers, but would help to schedule the first appointment for me due to recent no-shows/cancellations, and then after my first appointment I would have access to her website for booking. I've been on a bit of a self-care binge as of late and getting facials was at the top of my list just due to my own concerns about hyperpigmentation. I discussed with Elizabeth over IG my concerns and decided to get the microdermabrasion facial. Upon arrival to my first appointment, I was greeted by Elizabeth's warm smile and friendly demeanor. Filled out some forms and then Elizabeth was able to see that a hydrodermabrasion facial would be better suited for my skin type (and though it's more expensive, since she quoted me a microdermabrasion, I was able to pay for micro price the first time). I've been to Elizabeth a couple times now and plan to make this a regular thing (hopefully every 4-6 weeks). Elizabeth has gentle hands and is super informative with any questions I had about skin and skincare. She even uses a steamer prior to extractions, which I love! She does different masks and LED light, and she will tell you what products she is using. Also includes a scalp, neck and shoulder massage. It always feels like a pampering session, and I have even been taking some pictures to compare for myself since it's harder to see the changes to my skin day-to-day. I always leave feeling refreshed. Highly recommend Elizabeth! Parking is street parking (directly in front can be challenging to back out of sometimes, otherwise, you can park on Chelsea and walk a little further over.) As a side note: it is a bit of a splurge to get facials, but Elizabeth caters her facials to your skin type and never pressures to purchase additional skincare products. I did purchase a lightening serum of her own brand (I think?) Sorella and have noticed a difference in evening my skin tone. Gratuity is always optional, but Elizabeth's system lets you add to your card payment if you want.

I wanted to get a cover up done. However the artist told me my current tattoo is too dark to get any color work done and suggested I get some lightening done with laser removal. Which brought me here, laseraway. I saw a deal online about a discount and thats what sold me. I've been a client for over 2 years for laser tattoo removals. They use a technique to try and determine the length of treatment. I provided my history of the tattoo and location, size, etc. and they determined it would take about 17 sessions to fully remove it. I originally purchased 6 sessions with numbing and I didnt see any progress when it came to my 4th or 5th session so I added 4 more. Now, my sessions are almost coming to an end and I am on my 7th out of 10, the nurse said that it will all he gone if I added 3 more sessions afterwards. So a total of 13 sessions. Even with the numbing cream, each time, the laser will intensify to break down the pigment of the ink and deeper into your skin. They provide you with eye protection and a stress ball. They also provide cold air as they move the laser on your tattoo. Once they are done, they will provide you with some ointment, wrap, and an ice pack if needed. After each session, they recommend a longer healing time. I went from 3 weeks, to 4, 6, 8, 12...etc. so it doesnt get done immediately. My last 3 sessions will probably be 4 to 6 months apart. The reception staff are friendly and will try their best to upsell other services to you. Other than that, the facility is nice and has great air conditioning.

My left brow naturally arches more than my right. She was able to point that out and let me know she would draw my right side higher to even it out as much as posible. During the drawing process she would ask me to look and take pictures of myself to see if everything was good and ready to go before proceeding with the tattooing part. We took some off, added some here and there until we got it right. At first the drawing looked super thick to me but she did inform me not to worry that it would not look like that at the end. She just drew it to how she would know where to go in with the tattoo ink. The whole process took about 2-2.5 hours and healing time took about 7 days ! I did come back for a touch up since it was my first time and the peeling does take off some of the ink and i perfer them a little darker than what it was. The touch up was included in the price i was qouted and i tipped her on top of it ! I know her prices have changed since i been so double check for her new pricing! Parking lot is located in back of the store a bit small maybe five parking spots but there is also street parking. Interior was very clean and simple very easy to the eyes all neutral colors i really liked how each station had a ring light and a personalized section with a mirror super cute! Service was great they do offer you water as a beverage so your not parched during your session. They also do eyelash extentions here i never done mines but during my brow session i seen a few people come in and out to get thier lashes done ! I had been looking to get eyeliner done because as I age and can no longer see clear up close (don't get me started with trying to put on eyeliner with reading glasses), my eyeliner just looks horrible. After following Salin's page, I decided to go for it. I developed allergies to magnetic eyeliners since I was wearing magnetic lashes, and I needed to do something about my appearance. The price is adjusted depending on the shape you want. I didn't mind that. I understood that this was a business, and who knows, maybe she got scammed before. I wasn't picky about the shape because she is a professional, and after seeing photos of her work, I trusted her judgment and told her to do what she felt was best. We changed shapes twice, and honestly, I am glad she did. The first drawn in line was ok. However, when my eyes were open, you couldn't see them. She changed it to a different style I have never seen before and WOW! My eyes look way better! I don't look so tired! I will also add that I felt no pain! So much that I fell asleep, and she said I was snoring a little! :) Anyways, the procedure from the time I arrived to the time I left was around 3 hours long. Salin is truly worth it. I will return to her to fix my lip blush. Also, keep in mind. Not many permanent makeup artists work on the eyelid. She is truly a master. For those commenting on thick eyeliner, it is worth it for people with hooded eyes like me. If you had big eyes with an eyelid crease, you may not need it. But for someone with eyelids like mine... I need it. If she teaches it to her students, it's good because she is accommodating all different eye shapes. I made an appointment for a touch up next month. Can't wait!
