After two weeks I was washing my hair and blow drying it when all the highlights started breaking off, little by little they eventually all broke off. I called Mara and explain to her and also sent her pictures of the hair that have fallen off and what my hair look now. She accused me of coloring my hair completely dark, which made absolutely no sense because I have received so many compliments on how good it looked. She charged me $225 and I asked her for half of it back which she refused. I will never go back to her ever. Even after sending her the evidence that I had she still declined to negotiate any kind of a settlement. Accidents happen I understand that, but the fact that she would not even negotiate was what let me to post this review
