    BEAUTIFUL VIEW
    Heather A.

This open air restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The food is phenomenal and the service is just as good. The owner came out to greet us and was so kind and welcoming. Wherever you plan to travel in PR you should definitely find this restaurant, even if it means going out of your way. If you plan to dine here just know that when you think you couldn't possibly be headed in the right direction...just keep going. You're almost there. I don't have any pictures of the food, but here is one of the view!

This place is too good for words. The most amazing food, and hospitality to match. It has a great view to enjoy while you eat and also a great spot for tourists to take photos. I can not emphasize enough, this is the best place to visit in Puerto Rico; and possibly the best place in the world! Buen provecho.

Great views! Also the food was very good. Traditional creole cuisine, with the casaju twist. If dining with company, start with th casaju sampler. Great ropa vieja!! Go for the mofongo either with carne frita, churrasco or shrimp. Also if craving something hot go for the rabbit stew. Desserts are ok, but nothing to rave about. Definitely coming back!

Great view and food. Recommend the rabbit stew. Suggest they grow their own vegetables to go with home grown meat.

The best meal we've had on the island hands down. And that doesn't even speak to the view!!! I'm in love with churrasco but this, with the creamy sauce in mofongo was to die for. My husband had the salmon, which was also delicious! And after half a pitcher of house sangria, I was ready to spend the night on the multi-level decks. Thankfully I had a driver. :) great little place in the middle of the island- well worth a drive from wherever u are.

Churrasco is the best thing here. But all the other things in menu are also delicious!

Nice breezy day and we got to sit right by the pond. The service is a little slow so we were a little rushed at the end eating since we had a 90 min drive back to the Arecibo area for a tour. Our waitress was nice but seemed a bit busy/distracted. So we didn't get as much attention to order quickly and have our drinks come out, etc... We ordered drinks to start. We also got a water for the table and just remember you have to pay per person for waters... we ordered a few apps/small dishes to share including the tomato with balsamic which was basically a caprese salad. They were out of the watermelon salad (which was a pitty after she told us about it and it was a special and we were then craving it. They had not opened until 11:30 which is when we went so just seems like they didn't have the ingredients/plan for the ingredients). We also got the LENTILS WITH TOMATO SOFRITO, COCONUT WATER, ANNATTO OIL, HERBS, AND CRISPY PLANTAIN. SERVED WITH COCONUT RICE. This was my absolute favorite dish. Just so much flavor butting in your mouth. I had gotten. Mojito drink which was also very refreshing. For my meal, I was feeling the fish since it was one of the popular dishes. It did take a while to come out but it was deliciously seasoned and garnished. It came with a side and I had gotten the beans and rice. I just could not finish it all since we had to rush to a tour since the food took a while to come out. Overall, we all had full tummies and enjoyed our food. The service could have been a bit better with the waitress being more attentive but it was a gorgeous day and we're glad we experienced this place.

You park at the bottom of the hill and walk up to the restaurant. The kitchen is open with the massive wood fired grill being the centerpoint. Want to check it out closer? Just ask! They'll bring you back. We order the skirt steak, octopus carpaccio, prawns with romesco, whole fish, pumpkin, and kale salad. All were fabulous. The octopus is always on the menu while the other entrees vary depending on what is in season. Make sure you order this!

They have a big field with coffee fruit bushes in the distance. They have a nice photo op. The store features a cafe with seating outdoors. They sell pastries and of course coffee. They do sell speciality coffees. I personally got to try their strawberry shortcake drink. I also got to buy coffee beans. Unfortunately they didn't feature roast dates on the bags. There's even a small coffee shop area off to the side, which adds to the charm. The service was attentive and pleasant throughout. We sat in the first dining area (there's apparently a second section as well), just to have drinks and some appetizers, and overall the experience started off well. The atmosphere is definitely one of the highlights here. That said, there was a significant issue with the food. The chicken wings we ordered were served with visible hair/feather remnants still on them, even after being fried. That's not just a small oversight; it's a basic food preparation and quality control issue that shouldn't happen in a restaurant of this caliber. Overall, the setting and service make this a place with a lot of potential, but attention to detail in the kitchen, especially cleanliness and proper preparation, needs improvement.

They were addictive, it was hard to not eat all of them. They would also be a good dessert - reminiscent of beignets, but with less oil and sugar. The rice was well seasoned and perfectly cooked texture. Server was enthusiastic about the food and providing suggestions. Though I suspect everything on the menu is delicious. The waitress (who was super cool) had to go and remind the bar to make my wife's drink. Then, she had to go and ask the kitchen why my entree hadn't come out when everyone else had been served 5 minutes prior. The food was good (especially the churrasco), but this was a very expensive meal. Like, "Holy hell is that correct?!"-when they bring you the check level expensive.
