We were in a very exploratory stage, and our guards were up. Zero interest in being sold something. We are researchers and wanted to make our choice as opposed to being swept up in a fast talking hard sale. Ben Peak was who we worked with. He read the situation quickly, was friendly and informative, but didn't do any usual sales pitch on us. He was thorough and communicated well with us, and we did with him. We made a couple return trips to see more cars and each time he was just as personable. We told him what our plans were and what time frame we were going to move in, if we bought a Subaru. Making that choice was easier than we expected and to our surprise we found the car we wanted even faster. Admittedly, we didn't interact with anyone else, but we did witness other salesmen with customers. No one else was having as comfortable and relaxed a time as we were. We just bought a 2015 Subaru Legacy from Cascade Subaru and it really was a great buying experience. I hate buying cars, but this time, it was different. No pressure, no hassle - nothing but helpful information from a sales guy who really knew his stuff. We took a test drive through the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and learned about all the new features. The technology alone is amazing, and when we took delivery, the sales manager synced our phones, imported our address books and explained everything we needed to know. This place is really laid back, and I recommend them whole-heartedly. We poured over Consumer Reports before going in, and we got a great deal. It was even lower than our target price and there was no haggling or hassle at all. We saw the service department and it was spotless. And apparently after you buy a car there you can come back on any Saturday and get a free car wash for as long as you own the car. How's that for a perk? They also sell Audis and Mazdas so they have cars in every price range. They had a lot of used cars too but we wanted a new one. We keep our cars for ten years or more and we wanted one with a good track record. Cascade says they're the friendly, safe place to buy a car, and we found that to be 100% true. I was referred to this dealership from a friend and could not have been happier! I was new to purchasing new vehicles but they made sure to walk me through every step and explained every detail and aspect. They made sure to make me feel comfortable and as if I was the only customer there. They were patient as I decided what I was looking for, warranty options and so on. Never once pressuring or rushing my decisions. They did everything they could to get me into the car I wanted even though we weren't sure it would be possible. Once I decided on everything and the paperwork was signed, they made sure to go over the entire car, it's features and such. I found Cascade Subaru on the internet after having the worst experience with Ganley Subaru in North Olmsted and was less than pleased with my experience at Burnswick Subaru. Chris Austin was amazing! He made the process so easy, comfortable, and did not try and talk me out of any option or color that I wanted. Chris worked with us on price and brought us as close to our ideal car payment as he could, which was $8 above, that's it. He made the experience pleasant and exciting, unlike the others we visited. He took his time with me and let me test drive a few vehicles because I was unsure which one I wanted. There was no pressure what so ever from him.
