I would give this dealership more than 5 stars if I could! My fiancé & I made a 2 hour trip to go see a vehicle we had our eye on. Once we walked in the front door we were expressly greeted by a very kind salesman, Ron. We told him what we would like to see on the lot & he walked us right over to it. Unfortunately, the last looker had left the door ajar so when we tried to fire 'er up...dead. Ron was on it though! He rushed away to find a charger so we could hear it run & test drive it. As he went to find the chargers he kept coming up short, but was not deterred. He went next door where he was able to borrow one & got the vehicle charged up & ready to go! As we went on a test drive, we got to know more about Ron's background. He was NOWHERE near the "shark salesman" mentality! He was a normal guy just riding around in the truck with us. Never did he ever being to give talking points on why we should own this particular vehicle or try to bump us up to a newer or different model. No, Ron was like riding along with a good friend. We ended up asking him how he liked his job. He expressed to us how great the company is and how they urged him to just be himself and never lie to the customer.I think everyone knows the tactic where you ask a question to a sales rep that you fully know the answer to just to see if they will give you a bologna answer you or not. Not Ron! His response to anything he was unsure of was, "I don't know, but I'll do my best to find out." What a great worker! When it came time for us to willingly go into negotiations (we were never pushed to do so) we were comfortable talking numbers with Ron. Of course, having done negotiations before we thought we would have to come in with a 'lowball' number, they'd come back high and so on until we finally reached that perfect figure that we, the consumer, and they, the seller, were happy to settle with. No so. This dealership does not want to sit and play games like others. As we waited for the sales manager to come back on our original submitted number we chatted more with Ron. He was just like talking to a family member. We talked about hunting, fishing, and Washington itself as we are still new to the area. his friendliness is unparalleled & I do hope the dealership realized what a wonderful & hardworking salesman they have in him! Allen, the sales manager was phenomenal as well. He let us come into his office & speak with him about including a changed timing belt as long as cam & crank seals into our final price. He called and got us a price and was willing to pay up to a certain number we discussed & it was written into our bottom line. They also per our request put the vehicle up on the lift in the shop so my fiancé could check the undercarriage. Most would never go so far to accommodate like that! All in all if you take anything away from reading this review, GO TO CASCADE! They are WONDERFUL! Don't forget to ask for Ron! We wanted a mid size SUV for my wife. Randy Roberts was our sales agent. professional and definitely NOT pushy. For reference, I always tell sales agents, please don't use the term "earn my business" which Randy never did. He took time to work with us, My wife and I were there 3 times and he sent us on test drives by ourselves with attentiveness but again NO pressure. I don't buy vehicles based on the sales guy (or the stereo, almost) I want the right vehicle with the right color and the service after the sale. I believe we got that from Randy and Cascade. Financially, we got substantial discounts on a brand new model (not a year passed one). I am still looking on the final paperwork for any misleading info or differences and have found none, and all is as he said. I know I will never beat a dealer at their home court or get something you can't get, but although the sale was good for both, I can truly say we got a great new SUV at a rock bottom price, and with service to match. He had everything he could possibly do to be ready for our arrival. Vehicle was washed and totally detailed with a full tank of gas. Filled up our other vehicle with washer fluid, let us bring our dogs inside. He even had the onstar account set up. Best price we had found on a cadillac anywhere in the state of washington and only had to pay 8.5% tax. We had an agreed upon price prior to going and everything was exactly as we had agreed with no haggling or hidden fees. I had to call several times to get to the right department,my fault and theirs. Easy to find, but parking lot was a bit difficult to navigate through with so many car lots next to each other. I had to take my Chevy Malibu in for recall parts on two different occasions since I have own it. December 2014 for 2 recalled parts at the same time and once before. I have only dealt with their Chevy service department who let me know when parts would be in and got to me right away. The last took about 3 hours and because I live so far away I just waited, they have a vending machines,coffee, clean restrooms and free Wi-Fi while I waited. They Service guys are always great and willing to answer any of my questions. Great Customer service from their Service department!! read more

This the only dealership I could get to fix my DEF heater that went out on my trip back from Montana to the Seattle area. All of the others said they couldn't or wouldn't get the part, or my truck was too old to work on (that came from a dealer in Spokane). By the time I made it to Wenatchee my truck was going about 4 mph and they took it right in and finished early the next morning. I would recommend them to anyone, anywhere. I found their listed prices on vehicles were as low or lower than Seattle or Yakima dealers. I found them very straightforward in negotiating my final price. I got my vehicle for under Blue Book. Only time I felt pressured was by the finance guy trying to add a whole bunch of stuff into the loan; i.e extended warranty, windshield protection, etc. read more
