I drove my 2024 Ascent in to Cascade Subaru to seek help. I had just hit a deer driving 55 mph on Blewett Pass. Josh and Chris were there to calm my emotions as we discussed the damage to my car. They provided water and coffee as I contacted my insurance company. Chris secured a rental car for me so my friend and I could continue on to Lake Chelan for our vacation. In January, my wife announced she was pregnant. My first thought was the standard first thought for any father to be, "We need a better car." And yet, this is not the age of reasonably priced cars. I began 2 1/2 months of research before discovering the grand truth of the current car market: A factory ordered car was the only reasonably priced option in the current market. Even so, a factory ordered car in which the dealership does nothing more than act as a 72 hour crash pad for your vehicle was subject to as much as a 20% markup at the majority of dealerships. After e-mailing every Subaru dealership in the State and 2 in Idaho, I found Cascade was willing to sell me a car at MSRP. So, I ordered with a minimal deposit of $500. They were great, sending me a signed purchase order, answering my over excited e-mails when the car was still 2 months early on their minimum time estimates, and generally making the purchase process as smooth as possible. When the car was in, I got a call and the credit application I asked for. After getting multiple bank loan options (Never just accept what any dealer will give you), to my udder shock, I discovered Cascade had the best interest rate by far. Picking up the car was easy enough, if still a long process (three hours this morning). I did get a medium sell of a couple of add-ons, but they respected my no on the ones I didn't want (Save money. Know what you will be sold and want *BEFORE* you go to the dealership). Good dealerships are rare as dragon's teeth. Cascade is a good dealership. read more

They refused to pay for their recommended 30k service under my pre purchased service agreement from Subaru dealership when I purchased the vehicle. I called the original dealership from which I purchased it and they verified that it should be covered. I also verified later with the Security agreement provider from Subaru. They eventually agreed to not charge me for this. However the service they provided was worse than the local Valvoline Quick Service center. They put my tires on wrong on the wheels, two of them leaked after the swap, they did not top off my fluids. I do not know what happened to this place. read more

We had not purchased a new car in over ten years. And in the past I've always gone to vehicle brokers or locations with "no dicker stickers" because I hate the games that we played at many dealers. So I was hesitant going here. But we were quite pleased. We were treated with respect. Add ones were offered; but there was no pressure. The only time our salesman had to deal with a possible trade-in on our current vehicle. The value was one we couldn't help but turn down. But it was honest with no games; they didn't want to deal with a used car as old as ours. I can appreciate that, so no complaint. They are part of the overall Cascade Autocenter, so I expect this applies to the overall business. Great job guys. And enjoyable experience and a new car! read more

I've spent a number of years working in social engineering. The sales tactics used here are disgraceful. I was treated horribly, and it's my opinion that they did this because they felt I was weak. I requested special considerations due to a medical issue, specifically to limit my time at the physical dealership. This appeared to be the catalyst for their treatment changing. Jared Pulver and Sales Manager Alan Orr utilized the inappropriate sales tactics of forced teaming, insults, misdirection, bait and switch, victim blaming, and even yelling at me on the phone over the course of the sales experience. I requested an invoice they tacked on items which I had not authorized nor discussed. This included $150 in negotiable sales document fees and a $299 Forever Start battery for a 2020 Subaru WRX. When I requested that these items be removed they completely broke contact for more than 24 hours. At this point I contacted McCurely Integrity Subaru in Richland, WA and requested to transfer the WRX to them to purchase it there. This is when Alan called me to address my concerns. He yelled and cursed at me over the phone when I called him out on the use of inappropriate dealer tactics, adding completely unnecessary and over priced modifications to the vehicle, and undiscussed fees. The conversation ended with him telling me he wouldn't release the car to McCurely, which turned out to be the last lie he would tell me. I purchased the car in Richland. I cannot recommend Cascade Subaru. Please avoid them. read more

Want a car, buy one from a dealer that owns the shop. Also look at the license plate screws to ee if they have been changed out. Selling cars with prior damage is not good. read more

Service center was quick, helpful, and straightforward when it came to the 5,000 mile change for my Forrester. In and out in less than an hour despite having to get some parts changed out (and with the time the service manager took to show me where the spare tire was and provide a good hiking recommendation). Called the parts department about a new battery and talked to Ivan, and he quoted me a price that was better than other battery places, so came in and talked to Ivan and waited in waiting room and was a little wait but understandable as they were busy. Ivan came in and said there was a bit of a problem and wanted to talk to me about the plus side of the battery terminal strap was about to fall off. So he had the mechanic replace the strap at a reasonable cost of $20. Then Ivan explained about the battery and how it had more cranking power than the old one. I asked about power washing the engine and he showed me the places to stay away from or only lightly spray them. Great service, and Ivan is an excellent employee. Will be back. read more

I have a 2010 Subaru I bought used from a car dealer in Omak. Six months after I bought it was visiting friends a half an hour from Wenatchee, pulled into their home on Friday afternoon. All the red lights were blinking at me on the dash. I panicked. Called this dealer, talked to Jamie in the service department. She was fantastic ... told me to bring it in on Saturday morning, assured me all would be fine. I got a rental car from them and came on home to Omak. They had my car for 2-1/2 weeks, needed a head gasket among a long list of other repairs. I was told the previous owner had never done any maintenance on it. I picked it up, got about 15 minutes out of Wenatchee and all the lights came on again. I called them, they immediately sent a car out to get me, plus the head Service Manager and their top service mechanic. Rod, from the Service Department was there to meet me when I returned to the Service Department. He was wonderful, as was everyone in that department. They sent me back to Omak in another rental, no cost to me. They kept me informed of what had happened and said my car would be ready the next day. ROD BROUGHT MY CAR TO ME, A TWO HOUR DRIVE FROM WENATCHEE TO OMAK, and informed me there was no charge for the parts and labor on this part of the repair. I have never been treated so well in a car dealership or repair shop. Everyone in that shop was there to help and I felt like they really cared. Thank you Cascade Subaru for taking care of your customers. I am a senior citizen and trust me, service in many companies has gone by the wayside. read more
