    In January, my wife announced she was pregnant. My first thought was the standard first thought for any father to be, "We need a better car." And yet, this is not the age of reasonably priced cars. I began 2 1/2 months of research before discovering the grand truth of the current car market: A factory ordered car was the only reasonably priced option in the current market. Even so, a factory ordered car in which the dealership does nothing more than act as a 72 hour crash pad for your vehicle was subject to as much as a 20% markup at the majority of dealerships. After e-mailing every Subaru dealership in the State and 2 in Idaho, I found Cascade was willing to sell me a car at MSRP. So, I ordered with a minimal deposit of $500. They were great, sending me a signed purchase order, answering my over excited e-mails when the car was still 2 months early on their minimum time estimates, and generally making the purchase process as smooth as possible. When the car was in, I got a call and the credit application I asked for. After getting multiple bank loan options (Never just accept what any dealer will give you), to my udder shock, I discovered Cascade had the best interest rate by far. Picking up the car was easy enough, if still a long process (three hours this morning). I did get a medium sell of a couple of add-ons, but they respected my no on the ones I didn't want (Save money. Know what you will be sold and want *BEFORE* you go to the dealership). Good dealerships are rare as dragon's teeth. Cascade is a good dealership.

    Here's the document they sent. A brand new car doesn't need a $299 battery.

    This store has the most unprofessional staff. I went in to get some replacement parts for my…read morevehicle. I called the night before and was told that they'll have the parts ready in the morning. The next day came, and I called to check on where my parts where. The employee who answered seemed annoyed. I went in after the employee told me they had them to find out they weren't the right ones. I asked him if would come outside to my car so I can point out the parts I needed ( just in case I was calling them by the wrong part). He refused. I was going to ask someone else who worked there, but the other two guys were swearing about another customer. I went to Auto Zone. It was like night and day. Will never set foot inside O'Reilly's ever again.

I went to recycle oil today brought in five maybe 5 1/2 gallons the guys like we only do five but I'll be nice and I'll take your oil for you, goes in the back dumps them and gives me the containers back like normal. It had the lids on them didn't tell me he hadn't actually tighten the lids he just set them back for me with like a quarter turn on. He let me leave the store without saying a word about the kids. I tossed the containers in the back of my truck and over a half gallon worth of oil leaked into the bed of my truck out of the containers that were not tightened and we're not fully emptied. passive aggressive much you asshat?

    Not customer friendly and very arrogant…read more I called them last week 3 times because I wanted to order a spare part for my ATV (which I had bought from them many years ago). 3 times my call was bouncing from one person/department to another. I told them I don't want to call a 4th time - finally someone took my name & number. After about 2 hours I received call back. I talked to a guy from spare parts, gave him the part number. We talked for about 10 min. The original part was about $50 and he was looking for an aftermarket part which would be cheaper. I told them I can order an aftermarket part myself through Amazon. I want the original part from Yamaha and the only way to get such a part is through an authorized Yamaha dealer. I told him that I want this part and that he should order it. The guy said it would arrive probably Tuesday this week and that he would give me a call when it arrives. Today I called and asked to speak to parts department. I gave the guy my name to find out whether my part already has arrived. That guy said NOTHING HAS BEEN ORDERED!!! The guy also said that they would not order anything without payment first. I asked the guy - is it now my fault that the part was not ordered? I never was asked to pay the part upfront. The guy started arguing with me until I had enough and ended the call. Summary/conclusion: They are UTMOST unprofessional and also unfriendly. They have no clue about customer satisfaction. Instead of starting an argument with me he should have offered me a solution and expedite shipping. We have a commercial apple & cherry orchard and are dependent on the ATV for farming (which I told the guy). The guy had no emphasis for the situation. They suck! They don't deserve any of my business.
