Among our group of 5 people we tried a variety of the burger options including Jalapeno Burger, Grilled Onion Burger. I substituted the sweet tempura brussels sprouts for fries and another did onion rings. The rest of us had the delicious fries. The burgers were very big and difficult to finish for several of us so we took a lot of it home. While here we also ordered the special "Doggy Burger" for our dog. This is a basic cooked hamburger which we chopped up for the dog. And I also ordered a slice of the white chocolate raspberry dessert that the worker said was fresh out of the oven. That had to come home for a later day as we were stuffed. Great tasting food here! I'll be back.

Horrible service rude teenage girls !! Mean girls!! We stoped like we do multiple times a year heading over for vacation. I had over forty dollars worth of take out food. There napkin dispensers only allow one napkin when you grab one. I sat there and grabbed at least 14 thin cheap brown napkins one by one it was a pain. One snotty girl said " we don't give out that many napkins " wait what you don't give each person two maybe three thin napkins when your eating there sloppy hamburgers that aren't even very good. I was blown away I took the napkins and threw them up on there table some landed on the floor and they all started screaming to get out of here they weren't gonna give me my kids food in which I had already paid over $40 for they freaked out all of them. I said I need my food they finally gave it to me but I of course could not salt the bland frys but I did grab a few more napkins since they made such a scene that I took to many at the big number of 14 for seven people SO SAD!!!! Wow that's classy customer service. At the end as I was trying to get a few more napkins this Deranged horrible ride child who took the order yelled as other employees to get out now without the food we paid for. I said I will leave when I get my food. As I grabbed those last few napkins the child with long dark hair, nose ring (classy) and two braids literally was screaming at me to leave and I said when I get two more napkins as I grabbed the last one she slapped or hit my hand out of the dispenser as my finger was in it which twisted it. That's called assault in the state of Washington. I did ask for the owners info so I could complain they refused so I called the police department because what she did is assault!! No one has the right to grab my hand which was in a napkin dispenser and hit my arm out of it screaming leave now. She needs mental help they all need to be fired. As I calmly walked out where the kids were watching another employee stated videoing me saying this is how forty year olds act. Employees doing this is sad !! Don't be rude and I wouldn't need to give you back your napkins that was so rude and embarrassing. I have never in my life seen anything so unprofessional not to mention illegal it's called assault and regardless if she was screaming at me to leave I was trying to get my food for my kids and family, napkins and she hit my hand and thats assault. I called 911 reported it as assault and the officer said the information would be handed over to the prosecutors office. As an owner of this establishment shame on you for allowing employees to treat customers this was and allow them to embarrass me and say we don't allow that many napkins ?? Wait what ?? Two napkins per person is enough to get assaulted, yelled at, disrespected. I have never seen anything like this Maybe if the napkins were the thinnest cheapest brown ones I wouldn't need two or three per person eating the sloppiest burgers around. I lost my Appetite!! Horrible horrible employees one need to realize what assault consists of in wa state. All this for a few napkins and for the record you need at least four napkins when your eating all there greasy sloppy food. I will never be back and I will pass this along to everyone. read more

Talk about the stupidest nastiest most viscous witch you will ever meet who runs this place. I wanted to sit down to eat. Instead I had a cheap overpriced burger and fries hastily shoved into a bag and told I had to leave. They said nothing to me about having to have my food to go when I ordered. It was freezing outside and they said I could sit at the pick nick. I hate hate hate hate that place. HORRIBLE SICK PEOPLE. My experience at Cascade Burger was incredibly disappointing. Despite waiting for 45 minutes for my burger, the service was abysmal. When I asked the waitress about the delay, she dismissively replied that there was nothing she could do about it. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction left a sour taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend Cascade Burger to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. read more

This business refuses to follow the statewide mask mandate for their employees and patrons. I have visited several times in the last couple of months and not a single employee ever wore a mask. They are putting their workers at risk by breaking the law. Give your money to businesses that care about their communities, not selfish business owners like this. read more
