I also haven't had a car. So, I pay an additional $9 on top of the crazy contact cost to have them shipped to me. Every single time they've told me to expect them to get to me in 4-5 business days. And every single time, it's two weeks later, I'm out of contacts, and I don't have them yet. The first time I called asking, they said whoops, they've been sitting here for a week and a half. They finally shipped them and I got them a couple days later. This time, it's been 15 days. I called at day 13 asking what was up. They put me on hold, then straight up lied to me and said they were out for delivery and would be there in a few hours. Two days later and they're nowhere to be found. No updates. I'm paying $9 for shipping and the contacts sit there for weeks until you literally call them and ask what's up. Now I'm out of contacts, and very frustrated. I know this is basic, but what the f***? They have a nice selection of frames. I prefer to have Kim do my eyeglass fittings since I haven't always had a good outcome with others there, but no one is perfect. Kim makes sure it is, though. Covid stuff: Limit is three customers, they are very close to the entrance to the mall and they open at 10:00 which is an hour before the other stores which I like so that I can go when the food court isn't yet filled with people.
