SHOP IS A SCAM!!!! Absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and integrity at this store. My family was in an emergency situation where and my husband rushed into this store to get a phone charger to call for help. Instead of being compassionate or understanding, the employee took advantage of our vulnerability and pressured my husband into buying a $100 charger--an outrageous price for what should've been a simple, affordable purchase. (It's $20 originally) She stated that he couldn't use the store outlet if he bought a regular priced charger. When we tried to return the item, the employee was rude, dismissive, and outright refused to process the return, even though the charger was unused and in perfect condition. To make matters worse, she kicked me out of the store when I calmly tried to explain the situation. She then told us to wait for the manger for an hour and promised us a refund. When we came back the manager dismissed us, told him I'm writing a bad review he said he'll sue me. This store and its staff clearly lack basic human decency and professionalism. Taking advantage of people in distress is not just unethical--it's predatory. We will be escalating this filing a complaint to the bbb and advising everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Casey is awesome, knowledgable and has incredible customer service!! Last month at Disneyland, my wife's phone somehow got water inside the case, and the water fried the display. We were obviously in a bind because you don't exactly have a lot of options when you're staying at a hotel and at the mercy of maximizing a 3-Day Disney pass. I called Casey, and he walked me through what was most likely wrong with the phone. He had a lot of expertise and was easy to talk with. He didn't try to oversell me anything. We set up a time when I could walk over from our hotel to the store, and he met me there in a timely fashion. In 15 minutes, he diagnosed what was wrong with the phone and showed me several reasons why it had happened. Casey then offered to do an LCD swap on the phone. He had a lot of products in stock, but he was out of my wife's screen and told me that he would have to go pick up the part in another city to install it later. I figured this would take at least a day since he had to drive half an hour away to get the part and install it. I was wrong. Casey used his dinner break to go get the part and installed it that evening. He sent several photos and updates throughout the process, which was super helpful. While we were back at Disneyland that evening, Casey even dropped the phone off with the front desk of our hotel after he closed down the store!!!! I haven't had this good of customer service experience in years. On top of this, Casey even gave us a price break on screen protectors and a new case for my airpods. The store is in a good location and is stocked with all sorts of cases, accessories and anything you could want for your phone. I can't recommend CaseMac highly enough. SCAM SHOP WITH SUBPAR PARTS AND SERVICE Went in for an iPhone Xs max screen repair, and I was assured the proper OLED screen would be used in replacement. The screen that was put on was a cheap LCD screen that cost approximately $22.01 on the website "Mobile Sentrix" and they couldnt even bother to put on the $0.70 adhesive to retain water resistance. I know this as I had to order the appropriate screen and replace it myself. The screen used also lacked basic features such as 3D touch and would try to unlock itself when just sitting on the counter. Save yourself the time, effort, and money from getting anything done here as they just prey on tourists. I will be taking action by contacting the city. read more

We bought a few things from Casemac wireless when we were visiting for our trip to Disneyland. My wife purchased a pair of sunglasses and a few accessories for her phone and our daughters phone. One of them was a one of those pop socket type rotating rings for her phone that she did not open it until we got back from vacation. When she opened it she discovered the product had a defect (one that Casemac would have never known about ) and her heart was broken because the item she bought for her phone had sentimental value to her and because she bought it while we were on vacation. Anyway, like I said, she was heartbroken and very discouraged and said, "it's not like I can go back to Disneyland and swing by Casemac and pick up another one tomorrow when I'm running errands!" Me being the optimistic husband who wants to fix everything I said, "I'm sure they will warranty it and send you another one in the mail. "She laughed with a sarcastic tone and said, "yeah right, why would they do that?!" I said let's give them a call and see what they say which is exactly what we did. We called them and explained the situation and they were very apologetic and quick to send us another one in the mail. It was literally the easiest thing we did all weekend. I love supporting small businesses and we loved our experience with Casemac when we were visiting. We thought it would be good to share our experience online so others would know about it. While we were handling that issue we also ordered another pair of sunglasses. She always has a difficult time finding sunglasses she likes and the pair she bought from them is her favorite pair now. Took it to another shop to look at and they said it is a very cheap screen and manufactured so poorly it has to be bent to be installed and won't fit properly. The ear pods cost AUD 45 (we were charged USD 39.95), the 2m connector cost AUD 45 (we were charged USD 39.95) and the 3.5mm headphone jack adaptor cost AUD 15 (we were charged USD 39.95). Even with an easy exchange rate, we are AUD 75 worse off. The receipt he has emailed is customised and provides a bulk sum without transparency of item description.
