I chose this shop since I had a newborn and the Apple Store was far away, but the replacement screen was noticeably lower quality than the original, and it cracked within a week under normal use. When I returned to ask about the issue, there was no effort to stand behind the repair. I was told it was my fault. BUYER BEWARE I got my phone screen fixed by this company and was promised a high quality screen. The screen did not work as an apple screen would. I did notice that right away. Such as when I located my phone or tapped it would not come to life. I had to use the side button to wake it. Everything else seemed fine so when asked I said it was fine so to be fair I didn't report that in fact the screen wasn't working exactly as it should but seemed fine. I had my phone on a case with the new screen protector on that again was installed by the same person. I walked by a wall and my phone barely tapped it when the whole top of the screen seems to have lifted off and separated from my phone which has left me with a glitchy non working phone. When I contacted him to fix this as this should certainly not have happened. Either this is a low quality screen or was not installed properly. He is not standing by his service and is wanting to charge me again! Completely unacceptable I would not use his services as he is clearly either buying cheap screens or he is not installing them correctly. read more
