Better off with a more well know company. UPDATE: Thank you for responding. To set the record straight for potential future customers let me add: 1. My first move with you was almost exactly the same distance. 2. The heat at the time of my first move with you was almost identical. 3. I had a full bedroom less of furniture for the second move remaining was identical. 4. You attempt to explain the the 400% increase in time by saying the trip from the truck to the destination took additional 7 minute walk is not reasonable. They made 20 trips from truck to destination adding apx 140 minutes or 2.33 hours at the worst. NOT the additional 6.5 hours over your estimate. Still saying a small 1 bedroom home takes 8.5 hours for two men. Buyer Beware.

My wife and I have moved several times during our 42 years together, using 5 different professional…read moremovers. Our experience with 4 of those movers was very good and the one with Revolution Relocation was a complete disaster. Starting with the movers being over 8 hours late to pack and load and then not delivering until 5 days later. When delivered all of our belongings were wet. That caused mold to start on our clothes, linens and some furniture. Many of our cloths and linens were used as packing. Our all in one computer was placed in a box without any packing and was therefor broken. Out 42" TV was wrapped in a moving blanket and also arrived broken. In all we estimate a loss of about $18000 in damaged and missing items. They also delivered to us several items that do not belong to us. We were told our items were insured for $30000 but no one will respond to our requests to file a claim. No one responds to our request as to what to do with the items that do not belong to us. We whole heartedly do not recommend using Revolution Relocation for any type of move.

Here's some piece of advice; when generating an Amazon Return, make sure you select the option where it states that the packing will be provided like my screenshot shows. This location does get a bit busy, but the team onsite is efficient. Parking can also get a bit chaotic, as its shared with a gym and other businesses, but I have never had a major issue. You can of course get a lot of basic shopping materials here, copying and printing, ship package on site or pay for pre-papackged items. They also have mailboxes on this location if you were interested in were interested in PO Box type solutions. I believe they also have a notary, but I beleive last time I was thre an a customer asked, they were not in, so I would suggest calling in advance to confirm! This could be a one off of course.
