I really like Casey's and I will knock on wood after I say this, but I'm so grateful that out of all the family food style restaurants Roseburg has had that this one has not closed down because we don't have that many in this town. Food was very nice service was very nice. The waitress was very bubbly And the audience was again fun 50 style, but the noise level was over the top. That's the only thing I have to say about it is that with my hearing loss it still wasn't enough to drowned out all the talking in loud vocals, etc., but that doesn't stop me from going back cause of food is something worth returning back to time and time again thank you so much

Wow! This place is loud!! Loud with the sounds of laughing and people getting into their conversations, a throwback to a time when life was less complicated. Speaking of 'Throwback'. This is a diner, most definitely a diner. Almost expect to see Flo from that TV show to come up and give you a piece of her mind! I loved every minute of this loud, no frills, waitstaff familiarity with the customers combined with being called hon, or sweetie, wow do I miss those days. Oh yeah, they have food here.... The menu was surprisingly well stocked with 6 pages of options and items to choose from. They serve breakfast all day but I opted for the Philly cheesesteak with fries. This was an authentic Philly from the bread to the crisp skirt steak with a slice of melted cheese, red and green bell peppers, it had all the right ingredients. The service was definitely on par with the theme and the food was quite good. It was fresh and served piping hot. Staff was very friendly and checked on us often. Definitely no frills. None of those obnoxious digital table top credit card readers, nope. They are normal, just slap the ticket on the table and pay at the register on your way out hon. Quite possibly the most relaxed I've been in an eatery in a long time. Would have been 5 star for all the laughter and joviality of the octogenarians, but I had a hard time hearing myself! Yeah, I'd definitely go back. Good food, no frills, stress free. See ya there Hon! :^)

This is our go to place in Roseburg. We always get good food and friendly people Today I'm sitting at the counter and I can see into the kitchen, watching the guy bread chicken fried steak. Clearly it's not something they pull out of the freezer.

Recommended by the good folks at Rosé City Motel. Very pleased with the friendly atmosphere, great breakfast , and low prices. The place is bursting with local families mid morning on Monday! The hash browns were frozen of course but the cook skillfully prepped them for a light fluffy presentation. The biscuits are handmade, have just the right baking powder bite, and they have marionberry jam! Portions were appropriate for a logging town. This is the kind of locally owned business we love! read more

Breakfast was great, great service, food for our table of 7 was cooked exactly as everybody had ordered. Was just a great experience. I would go 4 stars if the portions were a tad larger, but we were all satisfied when we left. Not overpriced, a well worth stop if you are in the area. read more

My favorite place in town to get breakfast. A great family joint. Just a heads up for others, they are VERY busy in the mornings/afternoons on weekends, especially after the church crowd. It can be so loud in there that you cannot hear someone you are sitting right next to. I advise to go in the evenings or during the week. read more

Great sausage biscuits and gravy (or country gravy if you prefer. Wonderful and laid back mom and pop breakfast spot. Rye toast and real butter- just what I like. Corned beef hash is a bonus! read more

This place has horrible decor. But it is surprisingly comfy. The staff seem to enjoy working here and that makes for a great experience. The food was great. Especially the homemade biscuits. This will be a regular stop for me. read more

The hamburger and fries were VERY good, but I was offended by a sign referencing Jesus. If I had seen the sign before I went in instead of after I sat down and ordered, I would have gone to nearby Red Robin instead of supporting this small local business. read more

I am older than dirt and I LOVE this restaurant. Go there in the morning...not on a Sunday....and get something with biscuits....delicious and they use freezer jam from Seattle, People....lighten up....be HAPPY and here is something: you are going to be old one day, too! It is a lot of fun to be old and to do what you want, when you want. Eat an egg, read the paper, look at the sky.....and then go to Grocery Outlet and save some money......tell them Pam is alive and having a great time in Oregon. read more

I came here with my seventy five year old dad. We tried to eat at this place, but they wouldn't serve us.We got water and coffee but they never came to take our order. After 15 minutes of waiting in a relatively empty restaurant and watching other newer customers being served. I mentioned that we wanted to order the special that one of the waitress had yelled was almost out and that we had been waiting a while. She assured us someone would be right over and then all three waitress ignored us. I think they were arguing about the table or something. One of them said "they're leaving" as we walked out and went next door to Elmers. read more

Funny that Yelp's "recommended" reviews of this place include any and ALL negative on this restaurant yet the ones they DO NOT recommend are ALL 4 & 5 star reviews! I have a good feeling that this review will also NOT be on one of Yelp's "recommended" reviews but I will submit it anyway. As with all restaurants, this one has its good and bad days. But the good ones far outweigh the bad. The food is good. Its not anything you could get at a fancy restaurant and they don't pretend that they are one of those restaurants. It is, after all, located in ROSEBURG, OREGON. So, if you are looking for something fancy, you may want to go to another town because this one doesn't have much! But if you want good home cooking then you need to try this place! The bacon is the best bacon anywhere! I can't even order bacon at another restaurant because these people have me spoiled on real bacon!! Breakfast is amazing here! For dinner, try the flat iron steak! It is so tender! The prices here are not high! They serve huge portions! If you go in and they are busy, you may have a bit of a wait! But know that they are as busy as they are because not everyone reads Yelp and goes off of their "recommendations"! They go and actually check out the place and the food and decide for themselves! Just good old school down home biscuits and gravy and that is what I received today. The dish was flavorful and the biscuits are spot on. The sausage patty was of very good quality and very flavorful as well. The Spanish Coffee was very nice prepared and the presentation was excellent. Once again the Jersey Lilly has knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend that you try this establishment.

Pancakes were very fluffy and flavorful, bacon was thick and perfectly cooked, although the scrambled eggs looked like they came out off a carton. There were four gravy options - sausage, cream, chicken, and brown - to have over biscuits our mashed potatoes. The politics of the place were on loud display - gun-class posters, staff in thin-blue-line T-shirts, "Let's Go Brandon" sweatshirts, and stickers on the cash register showing Donald Trump offering to fix Joe Biden's mess. Went in to order a Ruben sandwich with my girlfriend and the sandwich was soggy and gross. Ordered chili Con carne it tasted like it was out of a can. Atmosphere was like staring into the house of a right wing bootlickers house. Even the ketchup was "Patriotized" if you're a fascist this is a great place to eat. If they did not have cracked out employees this place would be 3 stars but sadly waching crackhead may be funny it's not what you want making your food. One star for the funny though. read more
