I told him that I would like for a manager to call me back. About five minutes later, the manager called me back, And insisted that she made the pizza herself and that there were no olives on the pizza. After going back-and-forth for a few minutes, I gave the phone to my boyfriend, Because I felt that she clearly wasn't listening on what the issue was. My boyfriend got on the phone and also tried to explain to her, but she just would not hear it, and kept talking over him, And saying the same thing over and over again, that she made the pizza and it was made correctly. And if we had issues to contact GrubHub. She also stated that the girl that I previously spoke to didn't hang up on me, that rather I hung up on her. Wouldn't have just been better to try to resolve the situation so you could still get a repeat customer, instead of deflecting and putting the blame on the customer? I dipped the Santa Fe in the chipotle ranch and could barely stop myself from finishing the whole pizza. The Super Taco was a little bit hard to eat without making a mess due to the toppings - but well worth the challenge. I haven't had a good taco pizza in quite awhile and this one was tasty. Sounds like I'll be taking recommendations from this coworker more often because Sarpino's is the bomb. I'd definitely eat here over many of the other generic pizza joints in town. No one came by to take away my dirty dishes despite my being there for over two hours. I still left a tip because I also wanted to leave a gospel tract for whoever cleaned the table.
