I never order pizza from Casey's because of the experience that I've had in the past. Tonight I ordered a large cheese and large sausage. It was done in a very timely manner. This is absolutely the best pizza and the best service I've had here for a very long time. The guy in the back said his name was Gorden when I asked, I said I will be back. Ordered pizzas was told it would be ready by 6:05. Got to store and there weren't any pizzas cooking. Workers kept looking at me. I finally asked if my pizza was cooking and was told,"no because they were making dough!" It would have been nice to have been told this up front. Every time I go there it's something. I finally got a reply 17 days later in response to the online corporate form I filled out asking for the owner/corporate address and phone number. I am copying and pasting the email from Casey's Corporation so you can see their solution is to let the customers deal their screw ups: Hi Melody, Thank you for reaching out to us. Also, I take this message to mean you also refuse to give me the corporate address and phone number after 17 days from the date of my orginal message to you using your online form. I believe I get it now you are leaving me to deal with the mess you created. Shame on you for stealing money from your customers. What horrible people so greedy they refuse to refund the price of one lousy pizza for the mistake they made by charging me in the first place on an order I never received from them. This place along with the staff is completely incompetent. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute joke not only and I 99% sure their night workers are stoned. The day crew isn't much better, between the fact that I feel like I walked into an old folks home upon entry and the poor condition of the store. Terrible customer service. Placed a online order and because someone was late the person that was supposed to be getting off didnt make my order. When I showed up a little early he said oh it wasnt due yet. Took exactly 3 minutes for him to make it. At least he used gloves because he didnt wash his hands because he was complaining about not getting off on time. read more

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks at 5:15 on the app. Pickup time for carryout was 6:30. Arrive at 6:30 pizza and breadsticks not even made yet. They offered a free dessert but I wasn't interested in one. Told me 15 more minutes. Wait outside in the car come back on 15 min later. Pizza and breadsticks still not even made. They tell me 10 more min so I go back out to the car. Come back in 10 min later not done yet. Took another 5 min to get them off the ovens cut and in boxes. Worst Casey's experience ever. read more

When Driving home at 3am after a long day/night, you will be pleasantly surprised to find that this Casey's has very tasty pizza. After a quick chat I learned that it is relatively fresh, unlike most gas stations that have the hot burners keeping it stiff. I would've preferred a pizza hut, but in a pinch this will do. read more

I've been using this Casey's for 3 years, as it is the closest option to work for quick food and drinks. It's gotten to the point where I walk in, check the food, and walk out empty handed every time. Nothing is ever prepared in time for lunch, they leave crusty pizza and breakfast sandwiches well into the afternoon without making new pizzas for the warmer. The pizzas take way too long even when they're dead (it's a small town) The staff has the worst attitude of any gas station I've ever been to. Having them make you a sandwich in store is VISIBLY annoying to them. Any time I've ordered over phone or the app the order has been completely wrong - on a level that's incomprehensible to me as someone who has worked in the food industry his entire life. Unfortunately, it stays, as its a corporate entity. If it were a Ma and Pop shop, it would be out of business in a month. I usually give the benefit of the doubt because I know how managing a kitchen can be - but when it's an every day occurrence, it gets hard to ignore. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

Normally not a big fan of Caseys Pizza. This time though Caleb made it and it was FANTASTIC! He was polite and had it made quickly and done all the specifics that I had asked!
