I bought a Tudor Pelagos still under warranty from a grey dealer here in Tucson last fall, I looked down about a month ago and realized I lost the pip in the center of the bezel. As it was under warranty, and a Google search said it was a common problem that would likely be covered by Tudor under the warranty I had hope that it would be taken care of. After four weeks of waiting I was told that it would cost $489 for a new bezel and $80 for freight. I was told by the sales lady that I needed to be more careful when I bought used watches because things like this happen. I didn't feel pressured into making a quick decision, and Susan was happy to show me a few different models as well as share information on warranties and brand history. I left a gold bracelet for repair of link next to the clasp and was told the jeweler would access it get back to me in a few days with an estimated cost. I hadn't heard anything after two weeks and went back into the store to inquire about it. It wasn't done. A week later still no word. Then I called and asked what the hold up was. They called back a few days later to say it was fixed. When I went to pick it up they told me it would cost $72.50. I looked at the link and it had not been fixed at all yet the salesgirl insisted it had been. The manager came and looked at it and agreed it had not been fixed. She offered to have it fixed at no charge and they would call me when they were done. I said no because I don't want to wait another month for a simple repair. I'll go elsewhere.
