Then at the counter the young girl behind the glass is acting as though I'm some type of Criminal right from the gate. I explained why it was hand written being I quit my job and that she can call the place that's shown on the check to verify I was employed there. She asked me for another form of ID other then my passport I explained I had lost my ID a week ago but I had it on my phone. So I give her my phone showing her my address and such. She asks me to have a seat, I step outside for a breeze instead. 2 other customers walk in and she helps one he walks out and says she's calling me so I go back in only to be told the check was "declined". Which is impossible it's a well established business. Then when I walk back into ask her if she even tried to put the check through . She said "it was declined here at the business" which makes no sense considering she NEVER EVEN RAN THE CHECK! She has absolutely no idea how to conduct business for this company and should be retrained in Customer Service. It was blatantly obvious she thought I was commenting some type of Fraud. What's worse is she had me endorse the back of my check and now I can't cash it! No where else is going to except a check that has been previously endorsed. SHES WRONG AND NOW IM PISSED!

I came in to cash a check, they tell me they need to verify it after previous telling me after I'm verified once I don't need to do the process anymore. I try to be patient with the process then they tell me their managers says their closing so they can't cash it and to leave a copy of my check and my information and they will call me the following day to come back in. I call back at 11 next day because no one has called me and they tell me they have yet to verify my check due to lack of response, I offer help with verifying they have the correct phone number and offer to call them for them as I got them on the phone within 4 minutes. They proceed to tell me in a rude and disrespectful manner that they won't lose their job over that and I may mention they stated this several times to the point they make you feel like a criminal. Very horrible service, literally go anywhere else. I don't even feel comfortable they have my information now.

The customer service here is excellent! This particular branch is bright and open. The waiting area is large and comfortable. There is also a small play area for children. They also have a free coin counter for members of the credit union. I also like this credit union because the savings rates are always amount the best around. This location is now a PNC Bank…read more Worst banking experience we've ever had, once PNC purchased/merged with BBVA. Nothing but problems. One account, upon taking over, they eliminated all passwords and PINs because they failed to issue a debit card for the account-and never did do so. Meaning no remote access to account information, by computer or by phone. No customer service: had to make an appointment with a "banker" to close a CD. Upon showing up for said appointment, turns out the banker wasn't even there. In order for others to "help" close out a CD, we were required to go to the far side of the lobby for instructions to "check in" for the appointment, by text. Then had to answer a number of other texts from the bank before anyone would consider helping me. Up to this point, we'd been using up our remaining BBVA checks. Finally ordered new PNC checks. We've always used duplicate checks. Replacements were represented to be the same. Nope. Single checks-they won't even offer duplicates. Then the very first check written on those new checks, was rejected by PNC as "suspicious" ...because it was a PNC check! Meanwhile we incurred interest charges and penalties on an unpaid account because PNC thought their check on their account was suspicious. Same payment as every month, to the same account -on old BBVA checks were not a problem. One day, suddenly all remote access to yet another account vanished out of the blue. Seems PNC supposedly (they claim) mailed a new Debit card to us, and nullified all passwords and PIN numbers on THAT account. (Never did receive the "new debit card".). Then when we tried to close that last remaining account with them, they wanted us to pay THEM for a month's service charge. It took TWO trips to the branch to finally be able to completely sever our ties there. Our rating would be a negative 10, if that were an option.

Every time I have come to this branch the staff have been so polite and very courteous. Customer service goes a long way! Today, I went in the branch to get an auto car lease buy out, Leticia was so nice, she introduced herself and was very knowledgeable with every step.
