I have previous awesome experiences with this pawn shop, dealing with my engagement ring, and left very pleased. Well, this trip did not fail to impress! I showed the broken necklace to a gentleman working there- only to find out that it could not be fixed due to the fact that the jeweler wouldn't even touch it due to the fact that it's not a precious metal. As I was about to leave disappointed, a EXTREMELY KIND INDIVIDUAL named EMILY stepped up and asked to see it. She then started to try to figure out how she could "fix" my daughter's necklace- even taking off her own jewelry to try to find the " right piece needed "- WHICH SHE DID!!!!!!
