My wife got Spaghetti & meatballs with Marinara- She is picky about her marinara and was impressed and the serving was huge with enough for lunch next day. I got the "Veal-Villaggio Topped with spinach and portobello mushrooms, in a garlic white wine fresh tomato sauce, baked with mozzarella cheese, served with garlic mashed potatoes." I enjoy veal do not find it often. This stuff melted in your mouth. All very fresh and chef to be commended. All entrees are served with soup or salad, Homemade bread, sorbet. The service was outstanding. You get a primary server but there is a "team" attending to all needs without intruding. We will return soon read more

I liked the unique sausage patty in the sausage, onions, and peppers dish and the creamy vodka pasta. Came for lunch with coworkers, the tortellini was amazing!! As a starters they serve you some olives, foccacia and bread, and you can dip it on olive oil and parmesan cheese. Then once you order your plate, you can select either a soup or a salad for complement. After that, once the plate of food arrives, it is a big plate full of food. On my case the sauce was on point not too salty or fatty, the tortellini was al dente and their fillings perfects. My family made reservations 6:30 for dinner for my birthday. When we got there they said are name was not on the list for the reservation even though it was made on Tuesday with a confirmation for us. The hostess apologized and gave us a table for 5 We ordered drinks, appetizers and what we wanted for dinner. Waitress came back with our drinks and salad and soup. Then nothing happened after that all we got was the bus boy/girl pouring water for us. Saw our waitress twice and that was it At 8 pm. No appetizer just more water no dinner just more water. No one even acknowledge that we were sitting there waiting for our dinner and appetizer. Finally we got up to leave and another waitress apologized for the service. Disappointed. My friend and I came here to see Vito Zatto show. An evening out Had dinner food was great , drinks were awesome. We get our bill. We pay and tip The waitress comes up to us and tells us why we only tipped to 10%. It was more, but regardless, we can tip what we want. How dare you come and tell us we didn't tip enough. We just left. The table next to us heard it and came to us and said that was the first time he ever heard a waitress come up to a table and said the tip was not enough. It was pretty embarrassing, and so we just got up and left . It kinda ruined the night . I don't wanna go to a restaurant where they expect a certain type of tip. Don't go that often though I found a Groupon for this place and the last time I went, the manager seemed aggravated because I had a coupon even though we brought four people and the coupon basically was just $10 off won't go back there anymore after that and we are good tippers also , it's not like the place was popping. Tried take out from Villagio - got chicken parmesan with mostaccioli. The portions were generous. The mostaccioli was not my fav - didn't love the sauce either. Pricing was reasonable. Had their shrimp scampi pasta and it was full of flavor. The garlic and lemon combo in the sauce worked really well. The shrimp were cooked just right and didn't taste rubbery at all. I appreciated that the pasta wasn't overcooked. The whole dish felt fresh and light. Our server was great and made some solid recommendations. This place is a nice find for pasta lovers. read more

Horrible dining experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]An hour after we were seated, the restaurant set up tables right next us to accommodate another party that was waiting to be seated. They were practically on top of us and two members of our party even moved to the other side of our table because their chair was touching the chair of someone at the newly setup table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Pretty sure this was a fire code violation and it made it very hard for our waitress to serve us. Almost 2 hours in, the waitress started delivering our entrees and unfortunately dropped 3 dishes on the floor. The rest of the meals came out one at a time and sporadically. Two dishes were done wrong. When the dropped dishes were finally remade and delivered, everyone else was done eating long ago. One person even left before getting his remade meal because he was tired of waiting! I looked for the owner or manager to complain as I'd rather talk to them than write a bad yelp review, but nobody to be found. No apologies, no adjustment to bill, nothing. When I got to the restaurant today, which is easter, they said they never were taking ad line reservations.But it was approved, and I sent them a screenshot of the.Reservation. My husband and I discovered Villagio Ristorante on Yelp, but almost missed it when driving here to dine. It's unexpectedly located within a retail strip, but please do not that deter you. The restaurant is quite charming from the outside, and inside you will find friendly and courteous staff along with amazing food. Heck, I was in heaven from the minute we sampled the bread basket that came out first. It comes with fresh parmesan cheese and marinara sauce, as well as butter. I recommend that you give all three a try. We started with an order of Bruschetta, which was mouthwatering. The fresh tomatoes and spices really shine through. It was the perfect size for two. And did I mention the wine list? Villagio Ristorante offers a wine selection to suit every palate. I ordered a glass of Riesling, which if one my favorites. For my entree, I ordered the Lobster Ravioli. I have tried similar Italisn dishes in the past, but this one was the absolute best! The sauce was rich and full of flavor, and it came with huge pieces of shrimp. When the plate first comes out, the portion size looks average, but trust me when I say that you will not leave Villagio Ristorante hungry. Every bite was a slice of heaven for my taste buds. My husband also ordered a side of meatballs that I sampled too. Yum! Despite being fully satisfied from our dinner, my husband and I could not resist ordering dessert too. We shared the Cioccolato Fondente, a flourless lava cake. OMG! This dessert is a must-have!! It's the perfect size for one, but also good to share with a partner if you didn't leave a lot of room. It so rich and delicious! The ambiance is charming, especially if you dine on the outdoor patio. And I feel that the staff deserves a second shout-out. Horrible service! They gave two menus to the six of us took us 15 minutes to finally flag someone down for more menus. Waited 90 minutes for our food! Chicken Parmesan was cold. Vesuvio chicken was like rubber. Guy came around told us there would be a 10 minute more wait which turned into an additional 30 minutes. No apologies no offering complementary dessert for all of the problems we had. Servers walked past us as though we were invisible. The scallops were not formed and were stringy, falling apart and also mushy!! I was so yp . I had $ left on the card and ordered again on 11/22 takeoit. A Ribeye, bone-in for $46. Rare of course, it came well done and was only a 1/2 thick. Dinner salad skimpy. I was so disappointed. Not one, but two terrible meals in just as many days. This is the second time I've been here and both times have been in the private dining room. The service is incredibly friendly and funny with lots of people coming in to clear dishes. They got the food out relatively quickly considering we were a party of 15 or so people. My critique is that the food is not actually that great.
