Water served in large glass! Great idea

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cask 53 Whiskey Bar, and I must say, it left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the ambiance and the vast selection of whiskey lining the shelves. As a whiskey enthusiast, I was thrilled to find a place that truly catered to my taste. The first thing that caught my attention was the impressive wine selection. Despite being a whiskey bar, Cask 53 showcased an extensive collection of wines, ensuring that even non-whiskey drinkers would have plenty of options. This versatility in libations is a definite plus. The outdoor area at Cask 53 was a pleasant surprise. It provided a serene and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and soak up the surroundings. Whether you prefer the lively atmosphere indoors or the more relaxed ambiance outdoors, Cask 53 has you covered. Now, let's talk about the whiskey. The options seemed limitless, and I appreciated the opportunity to explore a variety of flavors/ options and brands. The whiskey was undeniably strong, just the way I like it, and I particularly enjoyed their old-fashioned cocktail. It was expertly crafted, allowing the flavors to shine through with every sip. For sports enthusiasts, Cask 53 is a haven. The abundance of TVs scattered throughout the bar ensured that no game was missed. Whether you're a football fan or a basketball aficionado, you can cheer for your favorite team while indulging in delightful culinary creations. Cleanliness is often overlooked in bars, but Cask 53 went above and beyond in this department. The establishment was spotless, giving off an air of professionalism and care. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a clean and inviting space for patrons. Speaking of culinary delights, the sliders at Cask 53 were nothing short of finger-licking good. Bursting with flavor, they left Erika wanting more. The quesadilla was a delightful surprise, perfectly cooked and filled with a delicious combination of ingredients. And let's not forget the burger and sweet potato fries, which were simply amazing. The combination of flavors and the quality of the ingredients made each bite a true pleasure. For a lighter option, I highly recommend trying the shrimp and corn salad. It was packed with flavor and offered a delightful mix of textures. If you're feeling adventurous, add some additional shrimp to the steak salad for an even more satisfying experience. To top off an already exceptional meal, I indulged in the skillet cookie with vanilla ice cream. It was a heavenly combination of warm, gooey cookie and creamy ice cream--a match made in dessert heaven. The music playing in the background perfectly complemented the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. It added to the enjoyable experience, creating a vibrant and energetic environment. In conclusion, Cask 53 Whiskey Bar is a whiskey lover's paradise. With its extensive selection of whiskey, delightful culinary offerings, welcoming outdoor area, and clean surroundings, it ticks all the right boxes. I must take a moment to commend Ryan, our server at Cask 53 Whiskey Bar. Ryan's exceptional service truly enhanced our dining experience. From the moment we were seated, Ryan greeted us with friendliness, His knowledge and passion for the menu and whiskey selection were evident as he guided us through our choices, offering insightful recommendations. Ryan's attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel valued as customers. Their promptness in attending to our needs and ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction was remarkable. We greatly appreciate Ryan's dedication and exceptional service, making our visit to Cask 53 a memorable one. Whether you're a whiskey aficionado or simply looking for a fantastic dining experience, Cask 53 is a must-visit destination in Scottsdale Arizona. Thank you Also, one of the staff (Asian female) she was a great addition but I did not get her name. But hats off to her great service

Wow! Ryan was our server tonight at Cask & he was fantastic! I narrowed my dinner selection and was debating between 2 items and he pointed me in the direction of Isabelle's Chicken. Wowza! It was spectacular... paired nicely with the Bourbon Old Fashioned...and we just had to try the Bourbon Pecan Pie with ice cream. ((I don't even like nuts and it was great as well!)) My husband chose the Weiss biers & Trout. Also, scrumptious!! One Old Fashion was all I had! Good thing I wasn't driving!!!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Ryan!

They walk you through the menu, the experience, as well as guide you if you're not sure what you want to drink. We ordered several drinks and they were all so creative and fun! My favorite was the tea with the lit lavender "cigarette." It added to the ambiance and overall experience. We also ordered the trip of snacks tray and several other drinks. Although this place is pretty pricey, there is nowhere is like it and it's WELL worth the cost! Get reservations early and don't skip this amazing, creative, and inventive bar!

The staff greeted and seated me quickly in this cute, kind of quirky home office inspired bar and immediately poured me a glass of water to sip while I read through their beautiful leather-bound menu. The lights were dim with little electric tea light candles flickering against the books stacked on the huge bookshelf/entryway. Both bartenders were working diligently to assist me and the other patrons and suggested I try the Meltdown - it was FANTASTIC! It was like someone had made a super fresh pina colada and got squirrelly with some gin and guava purée but I absolutely LOVED it! The presentation was great too, it came in a large ornate glass filled with beveled ice and topped with, I believe, an orchid and some fresh mint! I really had to fight myself not to order a second one I was house sitting in the area that Saturday night and wanted to bring some dinner home with me after my drink and honestly, the food didn't disappoint either. I got the Smoked Chicken Wrap with coleslaw which came out maybe 10 mins after ordering and was thoroughly enjoyed when I got back home! Definitely a good bang for your buck at $15 compared to other bars like this with limited food options where you're typically overpaying for fried food fresh from the freezer. The vibe was there, the food was tasty and the drinks were great, I'll definitely be back with friends and family!

We sat outside under the misters, and as the afternoon started heating up, Angie was quick with recommendations, attentive service, and knowledgeable suggestions. Her friendly personality and attention to detail made our entire family feel welcome and well cared for. One of the things I love most about this location is how spacious it is. It's always lively and bustling without feeling crowded. The golf simulators, lounge areas, cigar lounge, and thoughtfully designed spaces throughout the restaurant give guests the option to create whatever experience they're looking for, whether it's a casual meal, drinks with friends, or a more relaxed evening out. I brought family visiting from New York after a day at C2 Tactical, and everyone had a fantastic time. Our table enjoyed a cheese pizza, a build-your-own veggie pizza, a pepperoni pizza, the Caprese sandwich, another delicious sandwich that disappeared too quickly for me to remember the name, and a Caesar salad. We also enjoyed a few glasses of wine, some martinis, and mocktails for the kids. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality from start to finish. The hostesses were warm and welcoming, our food runners were friendly and efficient, and even our stop in the attached liquor store was a great experience. We picked up a few bottles of wine on our way out, and the gentleman at checkout was incredibly kind, patient, and personable. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. If you're looking for a casual meal in a stylish, beautifully designed, and inviting atmosphere, Trevor's Scottsdale is the place to be.
