You could tell they have a great team environment, and it definitely shows in the way they treat their guests. We ordered the Jalapeño Pineapple Margarita and the frozen Octopus Margarita--both were delicious. We started with the guacamole, then had the Camarones al Ajillo and Camarones a la Diabla for our entrées. The portions were generous, everything came out fresh, and the prices were very reasonable. As someone who was born and raised in Mexico and is also a chef, I naturally have high expectations when it comes to Mexican food. While it's not the exact style of authentic Mexican cuisine I grew up with, I still enjoyed the meal for what it is. The flavors were good, and I felt the quality matched the price. More than anything, the hospitality made this place memorable. Great customer service can completely elevate a dining experience, and El Meson absolutely delivered.
